RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators and associated team development strategies that lead to continued over-achievement of customer-specific service level standards and overall company goals.
  • Consult with our customer operations team members and site leaders to support payor engagement and collaboration strategies in conjunction with our health system partners.
  • Support our corporate finance functions with customer management strategies.
  • Create and evolve our long-term revenue cycle management roadmap.
  • Establish an appropriately-sized team to support the execution of our strategy and day-to-day operations.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU…

  • Have experience leading, implementing and driving revenue cycle management for infusion services, specifically aligning to overall company vision, growth goals and financial objectives.
  • Can demonstrate how you have achieved market-leading revenue cycle performance for ambulatory infusion services or an allied domain with a high degree of integrity, efficiency, and collaboration.
  • Relish the opportunity to build and transform revenue cycle management processes by articulating a clear vision for service performance and rallying the team and key stakeholders to that approach.
  • Have a track record of leading, developing, coaching and retaining highly productive revenue cycle team members who work collaboratively and cross functionally with internal stakeholders.
  • Possess domain expertise in provider revenue cycle management technology tools and requirements but also show a propensity to innovate and overcome pre-conceived or entrenched methods or barriers to success. Experience with infusion-specific solutions is a significant plus.
  • Emphasize and understand continuous improvement methodologies and techniques.
  • Understand and bring knowledge and experience of how to affect change in a cross-functional work environment where collaboration with other leaders and teams is an essential part of your ongoing success.
  • Thrive in a rapidly evolving environment where diverse stakeholders will influence and impact the revenue cycle management strategy.
  • Are comfortable stepping outside your role and respectfully challenging your peers across functions to ensure effective overall company leadership based on a high degree of trust.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
