ROLE SUMMARY
Our Marketing Manager will formulate and execute the marketing and communications plan for Tulea Health as we scale our services. Reporting to the SVP of Commercial Operations, you will support our brand and digital presence creating the content and channels needed to raise awareness of Tulea Health across health systems, industry leaders, and prospective team members. You will work closely with customers and vendors to bring our marketing initiatives to life, and partner with commercial, clinical, and executive leadership to ensure consistent and compelling messaging. This role is well-suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving, and innovative environment and is comfortable navigating ambiguity while exercising sound, independent judgment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the SVP of Commercial Operations on marketing and messaging strategy as we continue to expand our market presence.
- Create, edit, and publish relevant, timely and compelling marketing content to support pipeline growth and brand awareness.
- Lead website optimization efforts, including SEO, to increase visibility and drive qualified traffic into our marketing funnel.
- Manage our CRM to track campaigns, leads, and pipeline growth, and supporting lead-generation efforts
- Develop LinkedIn and other social media content to build brand awareness and grow engagement with our target audiences.
- Incorporate tech-enabled marketing workflows to increase efficiency.
- Partner with customers to develop patient-facing marketing materials that reflect and promote their brand.
- Manage relationships with vendors to ensure quality and brand alignment.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for conferences and tradeshows and host webinars or customer events to support pipeline growth and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the People & Culture department to increase employer-brand awareness to attract top talent.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU…
- Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial marketing capacity; some management experience preferred.
- Demonstrate prior experience with SEO strategy, content development, lead generation, events planning, and employer branding.
- Have hands-on experience with social media strategy, and CRM platforms.
- Possess excellent written and verbal skills and enjoy cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Enjoy working independently while bringing a team-oriented approach to work.
- Thrive in a rapidly evolving, high-growth environment and are comfortable working with ambiguity.
- Have experience using AI tools to increase efficiency while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
