Senior Product Manager

Denver, CO

Are you a builder, a conductor, and an innovator? Have the best moments of your career been when you transformed a complex problem into a product that delivered measurable outcomes for millions of users? If so, TurboTenant is looking for you to join our team as a Senior Product Manager and lead a high-performing product team. Our few PMs have an enormous impact at this product driven company. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where opportunity is abundant, innovation is expected and releases happen daily. This is your opportunity to build products for both independent landlords and renters as they navigate the rental process.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Product Manager at TurboTenant, you will take charge of your product team’s day-to-day work, acting as both scrum master and product owner. Your mission is to accomplish quarterly and annual goals by setting a roadmap that not only drives user satisfaction but also meets the goals of the business. You will use behavior analytics, user research, and product data to report on and improve product performance. More than just managing, you’ll be expected to think strategically and analytically about improving the product, our technology, and how we build software at TurboTenant.

Your Superpowers

To thrive in this position, you'll need the following skills and experience:

  • You're a Leader & Collaborator: You’ve worked closely with a team of at least 3-5 engineers on a software product with active users, and you loved it. Your strong leadership skills have earned you a following of engineers and designers who would love to work with you again.
  • Agile Expertise: You understand Scrum principles and have worked in an agile environment. You also know how to write cases and have managed projects using tools like Trello or Jira.
  • Strategic Vision: You can synthesize product requirements from various inputs, including customer feedback, business goals, and user data. You can work with internal stakeholders to develop a product strategy, build a roadmap, and execute against it.
  • Technical & Design Savvy: You have a basic understanding of Git Branching and have handled your own QA and release planning. You also understand product design principles and have worked with a product designer previously.
  • Customer-Centric: You enjoy talking with customers, collecting and organizing feedback, and generating solutions to their problems. You also have experience working with behavior analytics platforms, preferably Mixpanel.
  • Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles, with some of that time spent in a company of a similar size to TurboTenant (~100 people). You also have experience leading a team that develops mobile apps.

Bonus Superpowers

  • Design Skills: You can get into Figma and update screens using an existing design system.
  • Technical Prowess: You have experience walking through database architecture and can write SQL.
  • Business Acumen: You have experience working for a SAAS company with a freemium model.
