Your Role:

You will leverage your experience and creativity to become a trusted resource for People Leaders and Team Members. You view navigating ambiguity as an opportunity to build out and optimize scalable processes. 

As we are in build mode, you will be able to spot plenty of business opportunities and more importantly play a pivotal role in being a part of the business solution. Aside from core HRBP responsibilities, each HRBP will have special areas of responsibility.

Core Responsibilities: 

  • We are HR Business Partners first. Your primary role will be to address the matters of the moment while being attuned to the needs of the future. 
  • You will facilitate HRBP-led programs including, but not limited to performance reviews, succession planning, compensation reviews, etc. 
  • You will provide guidance and analysis on human capital matters
  • You will thoughtfully manage and when appropriate escalate team member relations cases.
  • As the company evolves, you should expect the classic “other duties as assigned” 

Areas of Focus: 

HRBP Operational Excellence

You will be relied upon to keep the “train on the tracks” and running “on time” regarding all HR Business Partner-led initiatives. Such initiatives include; annual performance reviews, compensation reviews, related training, and similar projects. 

  • Design and maintain an annualized calendar of events, while proactively suggesting ways for the HR Business Partner team to optimize our services. You will leverage a background in operational excellence which may have been obtained via experience in other realms of HR. 

Actionable Analysis of People Metrics 

Closely related to HRBP Operations, you will enable the HRBP team to have a data-driven approach to supporting the business. Building out such programs will include close collaboration with other departments within HR including compensation, people operations, and the office of the CEO. 

  • You will design and maintain a scalable cadence of collating and distributing People Metrics to executive leadership. You will leverage your creativity to deliver meaningful analysis in an engaging format that prompts leaders to take action.

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Legal or Finance. 
  • Comfortable with investigating, documenting, and managing appropriate outcomes of HR cases 
  • Considered a “go-to” person by your professional peers to manage project
  • Knows their way around spreadsheets and has a knack for detail. 
  • Undergraduate Degree: Business, Finance, Statistics, HR or related field

Bonus Points 

  • Foundational knowledge of corporate finance, economics, and/or statistics.
