Job Summary:

We seek a dynamic and enthusiastic Campus Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting and hiring top-tier candidates from universities and colleges. This role involves building strong relationships with educational institutions, coordinating on-campus recruitment events, and managing the full-cycle recruitment process for entry-level positions and internships.

Roles and  Responsibilities:

  • Campus Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key universities, colleges, and student organizations to build a talent pipeline.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute on-campus recruiting events, including career fairs, networking sessions, and information sessions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract high-potential candidates through various channels such as job fairs, campus visits, online platforms, and university partnerships.
  • Interviewing and Selection: Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, cultural fit, and potential. Coordinate and manage the interview process with hiring managers.
  • Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the candidate experience through to onboarding.
  • Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand on campuses by developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies to increase brand awareness among students and graduates.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress, challenges, and outcomes. Analyze data to refine recruitment strategies.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Ensure diversity is a key component of all campus recruiting strategies and activities.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in campus recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with university recruitment processes and campus event planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including students, university staff, and hiring managers.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of social media and digital recruiting strategies.
