We are looking for a highly autonomous, adaptable, and technically savvy Senior Content Producer to join our team. This role focuses on technical content creation with a specialization in Application Engineering, Generative AI (GenAI), and Large Language Models (LLMs), supporting a variety of business and technical audiences.
As a Senior Content Producer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging content that drives inbound and outbound campaigns—including thought leadership pieces, case studies, and ad copy. You’ll also be pivotal in building and executing content strategies for key initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content is strategically aligned with business goals.
This is an individual contributor role, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple projects with confidence and minimal oversight. You will act as a second-in-command in key strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Write compelling, engaging, and concise copy for various mediums, including but not limited to ad copy, case studies, testimonials, video scripts, white papers, blog posts, and email campaigns.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of Messaging & Content and other stakeholders to build content strategies for campaigns, particularly around GenAI and LLMs, ensuring that content aligns with our inbound and outbound channels.
- Campaign Support: Own the content lifecycle for assigned campaigns, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery across marketing and sales teams.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, digital strategists, product developers, and channel owners to create cohesive and compelling marketing materials.
- Technical Storytelling: Translate complex technical concepts into content that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences, particularly decision-makers such as CXOs and VPs.
- Customer Testimonials & Case Studies: Lead outreach to clients and developers to build engaging case studies and testimonials that highlight real-world applications of our AI and GenAI solutions.
- Process Development: Help streamline content creation processes, optimizing for scalability and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in content creation, with at least 3 years in a B2B tech services company.
- Strong technical writing skills, particularly around Application Engineering, GenAI, and LLMs, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both business and technical audiences in both long and short forms of copy.
- Proven ability to balance highly technical content with more general marketing content across a variety of formats.
- A strong understanding of application engineering and AI concepts is preferred (hobbyist-level knowledge or self-training is acceptable).
- Exceptional time management and project execution skills with a track record of delivering high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to make decisions independently, back them up with sound reasoning, or seek clarity early when needed.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and design teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in creating customer testimonials and case studies.
- Knowledge of inbound and outbound content strategies, with a focus on demand generation and brand campaigns.
- Experience writing content for both highly technical audiences (e.g., researchers, developers) and broader business decision-makers.
