Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Partnership Manager for the partnership team. Turing’s fulfillment partnership team works with multiple partners (vendors) to source & match high quality talent with requirements from two main business lines - Turing AGI Advancement and Turing Intelligence.

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with high-impact driven projects, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to senior leaders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Technical understanding of job requirements: 
    • Analyze and synthesize technical job requirements into clear, actionable briefs for partners
    • Coordinate with stakeholders, suggest improvements to the technical tests, job description
  • Strategic partner acquisition:
    • Develop new partner channels by identifying untapped markets and vendors
    • Ensure partners and partnership agreements meet legal and operational standards, mitigating risk while negotiating competitive commercials
  • Improve existing partner management:
    • Set up performance management system to monitor partner quality, define clear milestones for their journey from new -> gold partner
    • Improve recruitment throughput, quality, margins and reduce TAT to fulfil roles
    • Lower interview no-shows to reduce cost of hiring
    • Oversee the partner lifecycle, ensuring continuous performance improvement
    • Conduct regular partner meetings to improve partner CSAT incl. but not limited to understanding feedback on performance of active talent, market intel, unblock on key systems blockers, payouts
  • Coordinate with key cross-functional stakeholders: 
    • Coordinate with technical leads, operation managers, delivery managers, engineering POCs to set up interviews on vendor platforms for partners
    • Prepare reports on timelines, challenges to fulfil roles and coordinate with technical leads.
  • Data analysis and reporting:
    • Create systems and dashboards to track role, partner, team performance and identify trendsPrepare reports, presentations to communicate progress, highlight challenges, present potential solutionsTeam management: 
    • Lead and mentor a team of partner managers
    • Build effective performance tracking systems and dashboards to improve team efficiency to set the team up for success
  • Financial management & forecasting:
    • Set up processes and ensure adherence for accuracy and timely payouts to partners
    • Planning, budgeting and forecasting in coordination with finance team
  • Special projects & strategic initiatives:
    • Work closely with the product team to build new tools
    • Stay informed on industry trends, compliance requirements, and competitive best practices to continuously evolve our partner sourcing model

What we’re looking for:

  • Deep technical acumen: Possess a solid grasp of technology stacks and recruitment practices, enabling you to translate complex technical needs into clear partnership briefs.
  • Vendor/partnership management or tech recruitment experience: Demonstrable experience managing IT vendors or staffing partners, or tech recruitment particularly within APAC
  • Exceptional communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders across technical, operational, and executive levels.
  • Data-driven & action-oriented: A keen analytical mindset that utilizes data to uncover trends, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a bias for action
  • Excellent project management skills: Strong project management skills to set up systems to track deliverables and proactively manage tight deadlines
  • Collaborative team player: Proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships, facilitating cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. 
  • Adaptability & flexibility: Comfort with evolving processes and the ability to thrive amidst change, ensuring swift adaptation to new challenges and market dynamics. 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Graduate from a Tier 1 engineering institute in Computer Science/IT is mandatory
  • Post graduate from Tier 1 post-graduate institutes with specialisation in HR/Operations would be a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in technical hiring and managing partners/vendors. Preferably in a startup environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
