Role Overview
We are seeking a highly adaptable, resourceful, and service-oriented Executive Assistant to join our tight-knit team supporting the CEO of Turing. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to break into the world of executive support while gaining exposure to high-level operations at a fast-moving startup.
You’ll be joining an experienced executive support team and working closely with the CEO’s Senior Executive Assistant. While you'll be supporting the CEO, your day-to-day direction and training will primarily come from the Senior EA, especially during your first few months. This role is highly collaborative and hands-on, with a focus on helping manage in-person logistics and ensuring the CEO’s schedule and priorities run smoothly.
This is a hands-on role that blends professional administrative support with occasional personal tasks. If you're dependable, organized, and thrive under pressure, this could be the perfect opportunity to grow your career.
This position is onsite in the Palo Alto / Menlo Park area, with flexibility required outside of standard 9 to 5 hours.
Responsibilities
• Manage the CEO’s busy and frequently changing calendar, including scheduling and rescheduling across multiple time zones
• Book and coordinate travel arrangements independently, including last-minute changes
• Run occasional personal errands and support personal logistics for the CEO
• Be available for early morning or late-night communications as needed
• Coordinate high-volume administrative tasks efficiently and calmly
• Prepare and format internal and external communication materials (emails, slides, notes, etc.)
• Support internal team operations by helping the CEO stay on top of priorities and deadlines
• Act as a point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external partners
• Receive ongoing training and guidance from the Senior Executive Assistant
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in a customer service, office assistant, or administrative support role
• Based in the Palo Alto / Menlo Park area and able to work onsite regularly
• Flexible schedule with willingness to work outside traditional business hours
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without getting overwhelmed
• Excellent communication skills and a high degree of professionalism
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and pitch in wherever needed
• Proficiency with GSuite and Microsoft Office tools
• A customer service mentality toward supporting executives

Salary Range: $110k-$130k
