About the Role

We’re looking for a digitally-forward, full-stack marketing leader to own the end-to-end marketing strategy for Turing Talent. You’ll help define the brand in the market, generate demand, and support our sales motion by activating content, campaigns, and messaging that resonate with technical leaders and business buyers.

You’ll report to the VP of Marketing for Turing Intelligence and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to relaunch our digital presence, build a scalable inbound/outbound engine, and help drive revenue in key verticals such as AI, automotive, healthcare, and consumer products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute digital and integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and grow brand credibility.
  • Shape messaging and positioning that resonates with technical and business audiences, including founders, engineering leaders, and enterprise buyers.
  • Lead updates to landing pages and website experience to communicate our value clearly and increase conversion rates.
  • Manage full-funnel programs across content, email, events, and paid media.
  • Partner with Sales to align messaging and accelerate outbound efforts with tailored campaigns and assets.
  • Ensure CRM health, proper lead routing, and campaign attribution in collaboration with Product Ops and RevOps.
  • Monitor campaign performance rigorously, with clear reporting on funnel metrics and KPIs.
  • Track both direct and indirect attribution to ensure complete visibility into ROI.
  • Analyze each channel’s effectiveness and adjust strategies quickly based on data.
  • Optimize spend across platforms to drive the highest return on investment.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR) and platform policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in demand gen, product marketing, or ABM roles
  • Proven track record of executing multi-channel campaigns and generating measurable results
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and positioning skills for both technical and business personas
  • Experience managing digital programs end-to-end, from planning to creative to optimization
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Ops to support go-to-market execution
  • Familiarity with the AI landscape, technical hiring, or developer tools is required - add staff aug, recruiting services, etc Familiarity with the AI landscape, technical hiring, developer tools, staff augmentation, or recruiting services is required
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and/or other marketing automation tools
