Overview
The Growth Marketing Analyst will play a key role in driving visibility and insight across all of Turing’s Demand Generation initiatives. This is a hands-on, analytical role that spans all three business verticals — Turing Talent, Turing Intelligence, and AGI Advancement.
You’ll be responsible for tracking and reporting on DemandGen campaign efforts, maintaining accurate marketing data across systems, and automating lead management workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working across tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Dreamdata, and has strong analytical instincts to uncover insights through SQL queries that shape marketing strategy and be able to visualize performance through data visualization tools.
Responsibilities
- Own cross-vertical DemandGen reporting, consolidating data from HubSpot, Salesforce, and Dreamdata to deliver visibility into funnel performance, lead quality, and marketing-sourced pipeline.
- Design, implement, and optimize HubSpot workflows and automations for lead scoring, routing, and nurture campaigns.
- Maintain data integrity across marketing tools ensuring consistent definitions, properties, and tracking for key funnel stages.
- Support the lead handoff and attribution process to ensure accurate tracking of marketing’s contribution to revenue.
- Collaborate with DemandGen managers to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize channel mix, targeting, and messaging.
- Write SQL queries for ad hoc analysis to support campaign performance deep dives, data validation, and attribution insights.
- Partner with Sales Ops and RevOps teams to align on reporting structures, dashboards, and automation processes.
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve marketing operations and data processes across verticals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, demand generation, or marketing operations.
- Proficiency with HubSpot (required), including experience building workflows, lead scoring, and campaign automation.
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM and multi-touch attribution tools (e.g., Dreamdata or equivalent).
- Working proficiency in SQL for writing queries and performing ad hoc analyses.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Understanding of B2B marketing funnels, campaign performance metrics, and lead management processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau).
- Proficiency in SQL
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and intent data.
- Exposure to data enrichment and marketing automation integrations.
