Role Overview
We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist to own HubSpot and the operational backbone of our B2B marketing engine. You’ll partner with Demand Gen and RevOps to build campaigns, maintain lifecycle operations, and improve the processes that keep marketing running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for a range of functions crucial to the success of our marketing programs:
- HubSpot Ownership: Serve as the primary operations admin for HubSpot, including managing properties, uploading lists, creating forms, building workflows and automations and overseeing general administration.
- Marketing Automation: Design, build, and maintain marketing automation and nurture workflows to ensure timely and relevant communications.
- Manage lead and lifecycle operations: Manage lead data within the CRM, ensuring data quality, cleanliness, and proper segmentation for effective marketing execution.
- Campaign operations: building/QA’ing program setups (emails, forms, tracking, UTMs), ensuring consistent standards and fast delivery.
- Tool Integration & Support: Oversee integrations between various MarTech tools and support ongoing field marketing and campaign operations, including event management (lead scanning & upload).
- Cross-functional partnership: Partner with Demand Gen, Content, Field Marketing, and Sales, to align campaign execution and measurement.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience: 2–4+ years experience in Marketing Ops, Campaign Ops, or Marketing Automation in a B2B environment with extensive HubSpot experience, demonstrating proficiency across multiple parts of the platform (e.g., properties, forms, lists, workflows, lead scoring).
- MarTech Ecosystem: Substantial experience with other MarTech tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo/RingLead, Clay, Mobly, or Seismic.
- Lead Management & attribution: Experience in an Enterprise B2B or similar environment that involves lead management and nurturing. Familiarity with UTMs and attribution tracking methods.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to quickly learn new tools and utilize AI to achieve intermediate-level proficiency for task completion.
- Workflow Management: Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, shifting priorities, and ambiguous situations effectively while maintaining a sense of urgency.
Nice to have
Analytics & tagging: experience with analytics and attribution tools such as GA4, Dreamdata, or Mixpanel and familiarity tagging tools such as GTM.
