About the Role

We’re hiring a People Experience Manager to help lead a culture transformation at a critical inflection point in our growth. With a fully remote, global workforce and a new HQ in San Francisco, we’re evolving from a startup culture to a more market-facing, performance-driven organization — and this role will be at the center of that shift.

You’ll work closely with the ELT, People Team, and business leaders to scale existing programs, design new ones, and build repeatable, values-driven experiences that reinforce clarity, speed, and impact. You'll be based out of our SF office and will help bridge the in-person energy with our remote-first culture — acting as both a cultural operator and strategic program lead.

This role is ideal for someone who’s dynamic, systems-oriented, and deeply passionate about employee experience as a lever for business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Recognition & Performance Culture

  • Evolve and scale recognition programs that reinforce high performance and company values
  • Partner with Delivery, People, and Finance to align incentives with impact
  • Drive adoption and consistency across recognition frameworks

Culture & Transformation

  • Act as a key partner in leading a culture transformation from startup to high-performing, market-aligned
  • Use signals (e.g., survey data, feedback loops, performance trends) to design culture “interventions”
  • Scale existing rituals and frameworks to ensure global, inclusive adoption

Experience Design & Engagement

  • Design and own end-to-end lifecycle moments: onboarding, milestones, transitions, team building
  • Deliver high-quality, branded employee experiences that are both meaningful and scalable
  • Lead internal events: All Hands, AMAs, offsites, and team meetups — partnering with vendors where needed

Internal Brand & Storytelling

  • Act as a cultural ambassador and internal voice — visible, trusted, and aligned with leadership
  • Partner with Comms, Brand, and Marketing to amplify internal stories externally (LinkedIn, blog, events)
  • Own internal platforms (People Portal, Wiki, Slack touchpoints) to ensure clarity and alignment

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with ELT, Delivery, People, and Workplace to align programs with business priorities
  • Manage relationships with vendors (swag, events, content) to scale impact without losing authenticity

Who You Are

  • 5–8 years of experience in employee experience, culture, internal comms, or people programs — ideally in global, high-growth, or remote-first environments
  • Comfortable working in a strategic hands-on role with visibility across the business
  • Charismatic communicator — confident in live settings, async channels, and with senior leadership
  • Systems thinker who builds repeatable programs with measurement and business alignment
  • Passionate about connecting culture to outcomes like performance, engagement, and retention
  • Highly collaborative and able to build trust quickly across functions and levels

Bonus Points

  • Experience building recognition or incentive frameworks at scale
  • Background in branding, storytelling, organizational development, or experience design
  • Track record of leading cultural transformation or change management initiatives
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, async video, survey platforms, and engagement tools

What Success Looks Like

  • Culture programs have consistent frameworks, clear cadence, and high engagement
  • Recognition is widely adopted and clearly linked to values and performance
  • Internal events are strategic and brand-aligned — driving clarity and belonging
  • The PX function is proactive — leveraging data, rituals, and design to guide strategy
  • The SF office becomes a culture hub that connects the remote team to the company’s identity

Values:

  • We are client first: We put our clients at the center of everything we do, because their success is the ultimate measure of our value.
  • We work at Start-Up Speed: We move fast, stay agile and favor action because momentum is the foundation of perfection
  • We are Al forward: We help our clients build the future of Al and implement it in our own roles and workflow to amplify productivity.

Advantages of joining Turing:

  • Amazing work culture (Super collaborative & supportive work environment; 5 days a week)
  • Awesome colleagues (Surround yourself with top talent from Meta, Google, LinkedIn etc. as well as people with deep startup experience)
  • Competitive compensation
  • Flexible working hours
