About the Role
We’re hiring a People Experience Associate in India to support the execution and coordination of employee experience programs — both behind the scenes and in person. This is a junior, hands-on role ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and excited to represent the People Experience (PX) team as a go-to admin and brand ambassador.
You’ll handle day-to-day logistics, tracking, communications, and program coordination — while also showing up for in-person moments like team meetups, celebrations, and internal events. Your role is to make things run smoothly, keep people informed, and help bring our company culture to life across India.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong service mindset, and the charisma to represent PX with confidence and warmth during live interactions.
Key Responsibilities
📅 PX Program Coordination & Admin
- Support ongoing PX initiatives with scheduling, logistics, tracking, and documentation
- Maintain internal calendars and help manage event timelines and ownership
- Track key lifecycle moments (onboarding, anniversaries, birthdays, exits) and ensure timely delivery of employee touchpoints
📬 Internal Communications & Content Support
- Draft and publish internal messages, event invites, reminders, and updates
- Assist in creating visually clean and on-brand slides, docs, and comms materials
- Keep PX resources up to date across platforms (e.g., Playbooks, Slack, PX Portal)
🎉 In-Person Event Support (India)
- Act as the PX team's on-the-ground representative for India-based events
- Coordinate logistics for meetups, offsites, gifting, and celebrations
- Be the face of PX at events — welcoming, facilitating, and engaging with employees to create a memorable experience
- Liaise with vendors (catering, venues, merchandise) and ensure smooth execution
🤝 Team Support & Collaboration
- Work closely with the PX Manager and People Team on execution of key programs
- Help collect and analyze feedback from employees to inform improvements
- Proactively flag risks or blockers in logistics, delivery, or comms
Who You Are
- 2–3 years of experience in HR coordination, internal comms, event logistics, or admin support (internships welcome)
- Based in India, with ability to travel occasionally within the region for in-person events
- Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Charismatic, approachable, and confident in live settings — you make people feel welcome
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Slack
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Bonus Points
- Experience supporting a People or HR team in a fast-paced or global environment
- Familiarity with survey tools, virtual event and rewards platforms
- Passionate about employee experience, culture, and internal communications
What Success Looks Like
- PX events and initiatives run smoothly and feel high-quality — both virtually and in person
- Admin and tracking processes are reliable, timely, and well-documented
- Employees in India feel connected, recognized, and excited to engage
- The PX Manager can confidently delegate tasks knowing they’ll be executed with care
- You’re a visible, trusted presence in the region — helping bridge culture and connection on the ground
