About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned GenAI Delivery Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects for Fortune 500 clients, with a strong focus on Large Language Model (LLM) solutions. This role will oversee the full lifecycle of GenAI engagements — from proof of concept to enterprise deployment — and act as a strategic partner to engineering, product, and client stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for execution excellence, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and team leadership across cross-functional workstreams.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage the delivery of GenAI/LLM projects across multiple client accounts.

Translate business objectives into actionable technical execution plans.

Drive the full project lifecycle, ensuring quality, scope, and timeline goals are consistently met.

Align with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure expectations and deliverables are met.

Mentor and guide a team of 7–10 team members, including senior LLM engineers and project managers.

Identify delivery risks, create mitigation plans, and track program health across all milestones.

Foster collaboration between engineering, product, and client success functions to ensure cohesive execution.
Exceptional Candidates May Have

Experience with GenAI toolkits such as Langchain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.

Background in consulting or direct client-facing roles with Fortune 500 enterprises.

Hands-on exposure to prompt engineering and RAG-based (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system implementations.

Experience bridging the gap between business expectations and LLM technical capabilities.
Required Skills

Program Leadership: 12+ years of experience in data science, ML, or technical delivery/program management roles.

LLM & AI Expertise: Deep understanding of LLM technologies and enterprise applications.

Delivery Management: Proven track record of managing high-impact AI/ML initiatives in client environments.

Team Management: Experience leading mid-size cross-functional teams in fast-paced tech ecosystems.

Stakeholder Management: Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interfacing with senior client stakeholders.
