Overview
We are seeking a young, dynamic, and forward-thinking Product Manager with a robust background in Asset Management, Banking, or Capital Markets, complemented by a strong understanding of AI technologies. This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring collaboration across global teams and time zones to design and deliver impactful digital and AI-driven solutions for business problems.
The ideal candidate will have a sharp business acumen, experience working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a passion for identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI.
Key Responsibilities
Product Leadership
- Own the product lifecycle from strategy through execution for solutions in the asset management domain.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to shape product vision and prioritize features based on business value and feasibility.
AI & Automation Strategy
- Identify high-value use cases for automation and AI-driven enhancements across operations, client servicing, data analytics, compliance, etc.
- Translate complex business challenges into AI-enabled product features by working closely with data science and engineering teams.
- Evaluate opportunities to integrate machine learning, NLP, predictive analytics, and generative AI into core products and workflows.
- Serve as a key bridge between AI specialists, development teams, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are translated accurately into technical deliverables.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with distributed development teams across geographies and time zones to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Ensure product requirements, user stories, and wireframes are clearly communicated, documented, and prioritized.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with business users, operations, and compliance teams to gather feedback and ensure product-market fit.
- Champion user needs and ensure a seamless feedback loop between the end users and development teams.
Key Qualifications
- 10–15 years of total professional experience, with a minimum of 5–7 years in product management roles.
- Proven experience in Banking, Capital Markets, or Asset Management.
- Hands-on experience with AI-related product initiatives or the ability to translate business use cases into AI/ML solutions.
- Familiarity with common AI technologies such as natural language processing (NLP), machine learning models, predictive analytics, and workflow automation tools.
- Experience identifying process inefficiencies and designing AI-enabled automation to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface confidently with both technical and business audiences.
Preferred Attributes
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive problem-solving approach.
- Strong presentation skills and experience pitching new ideas or innovations to senior stakeholders.
- Passion for innovation and a deep curiosity about emerging technologies in fintech and AI.
- Experience with data platforms, API integrations, or cloud infrastructure is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business. MBA or certification in AI/Data Science is a strong plus.
