Key Responsibilities
● Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening to offer and close for U.S./ global based roles.
● Collaborate closely with hiring managers, engineering leaders, and executive stakeholders to define job specifications, calibrate candidate profiles, and design effective assessment processes.
● Develop and execute specialized strategies to attract top-tier talent in cutting-edge LLM, AI/ML, and NLP domains.
● Ensure an exceptional and human-centered experience for every candidate throughout the recruitment journey.
● Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, AI research forums, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage passive candidates.
● Stay updated on U.S. technical hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability in highly specialized tech areas.
● Maintain accurate pipeline data in ATS and provide recruiting metrics to optimize hiring practices.
Qualifications
● 3–6 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably with a focus on U.S. markets.
● Proven success hiring for LLM, AI/ML, software engineering, research, or infrastructure roles.
● Deep understanding of the U.S. tech talent ecosystem and familiarity with engineering culture.
● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
● Ability to assess technical talent through screening conversations and evaluate fit with role and culture.
● Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startups, tech scaleups, or similar).
Nice to Have
● Prior recruiting experience in AI research labs, LLM-focused startups, or academic/industry hybrid teams.
● Familiarity with technical concepts in transformer models, RLHF, fine-tuning, model evaluation, etc.
● Experience with international /global recruiting.
