Responsibilities:
- Own the customer experience after sales lead qualification, all the way to the match
- Lead Technical Requirements Gathering with Sales/Delivery.
- Work with Sales/Delivery to set expectations on quality, pricing and timelines.
- Identify, vet, and place the best-qualified developers to meet customer needs.
- Own the quality of developers that are surfaced to the customers.
- Work with various internal operations teams to ensure speed and quality.
- Share feedback with product teams on how to better improve systems to support Technical Matchers to fulfill more positions
Capabilities:
- Experience in end-to-end staffing / fulfillment process (sourcing, HR screen calls, organizing technical interviews, updating resumes, salary negotiations, presenting to clients, sending offer letters)
- Experience in sourcing and matching technical talent for tech roles (developers, DevOps, AI etc) for fast-moving tech startups
- Exceptionally strong English communication skills to build relationship with customers
- High ownership to drive to fulfill positions
- Experience working with global, diverse teams
- Experience working closely with Sales or Delivery teams
- Bonus 1: Experience working on Data Science or Machine Learning roles
- Bonus 2: Experience working on Gen AI roles (LLM, RAG, LangChain etc)
- Bonus 3: Experience end-to-end recruitment for USA-based roles
