Position Overview

We are seeking a Data Science Manager to lead our data collection efforts for Large Language Model (LLM) Training and Agentic AI initiatives. In this role, you will manage large teams of engineers and data scientists working on Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and Agentic AI systems.

This position requires deep expertise in LLMs and Agentic AI, alongside strong leadership in managing large-scale AI delivery. You will be accountable for driving the development of datasets, creating benchmarks, identifying model losses while ensuring high quality, efficiency, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large, cross-functional technical teams (Python developers, ML engineers, and data scientists).

  • Drive execution of LLM training pipelines (SFT, RLHF, RLAIF) and Agentic AI systems.

  • Ensure rigorous processes for data, code, and model quality.

  • Collaborate closely with researchers and clients, ensuring technical requirements translate into successful delivery.

  • Mentor and inspire teams, fostering innovation in fine-tuning, alignment, and agent-based AI workflows.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record managing large technical teams in AI/ML delivery environments.

  • 8+ years in data science, ML, or AI engineering.

  • Hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI systems (e.g., autonomous/interactive agents leveraging tools, APIs, multi-step reasoning).

  • Hands-on expertise with LLM training and evaluation (SFT, RLHF, RLAIF).

  • Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of data quality pipelines, alignment techniques, and model evaluation.

  • Exceptional people management skills with a focus on collaboration, mentoring, and performance.

  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
