About the Role

We are looking for a Learning Innovation Specialist to elevate Turing’s Talent Development programs through AI-driven tools, creative media, and scalable solutions. This role is part builder, part technologist, and part designer. You will rapidly prototype, produce, and deliver high-impact learning experiences — with a strong focus on video, AI tools, and execution at startup speed.

Key Responsibilities

Media Production

  • Produce and edit high-quality learning videos (AI-generated and light manual editing) that meet enterprise polish standards.
  • Create branded assets (e.g., intros/outros, lower thirds, overlays) and visual consistency across learning content.

 AI-Enabled Learning Design

  • Prototype and implement AI-powered solutions (chatbots, adaptive modules, content automation, workflows) to scale learning delivery.
  • Leverage no-code and AI tools to build efficient, scalable content systems.

Systems & Templates for Scale

  • Develop reusable templates, frameworks, and media assets to support onboarding, bootcamps, enablement, and more.
  • Partner with Talent Development Partners (TDPs) and PX team to bring content to life with high-quality visuals and creative delivery formats.

 Innovation & Experimentation

  • Explore emerging learning tech (AI personalization, gamification, simulations) and recommend which innovations to scale.
  • Stay ahead of trends in learning media and AI; act as an internal champion for innovation.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with video editing and media production tools (e.g., Descript, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Synthesia, Runway).
  • Proficiency with AI and no-code tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, Murf, MidJourney, Runway).
  • Ability to quickly prototype and transform concepts into polished, learner-ready outputs.
  • Strong visual design sense and attention to detail — you care about the final product.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating in a high-speed, startup environment.
  • (Nice to have) Background in L&D or EdTech, with a working knowledge of adult learning principles.

What Success Looks Like

  • High-quality videos and media assets produced consistently and on time.
  • AI-powered workflows implemented to reduce manual effort and scale delivery.
  • Talent Development programs enhanced with creative, tech-forward experiences that wow internal stakeholders.
  • A test-and-learn approach: solutions rapidly prototyped, iterated, or sunset as needed.

Values:

  • We are client first: We put our clients at the center of everything we do, because their success is the ultimate measure of our value.
  • We work at Start-Up Speed: We move fast, stay agile and favor action because momentum is the foundation of perfection
  • We are Al forward: We help our clients build the future of Al and implement it in our own roles and workflow to amplify productivity.

Advantages of joining Turing:

  • Amazing work culture (Super collaborative & supportive work environment; 5 days a week)
  • Awesome colleagues (Surround yourself with top talent from Meta, Google, LinkedIn etc. as well as people with deep startup experience)
  • Competitive compensation
  • Flexible working hours
