Position Overview-
We are seeking a talented Partnership Specialist for our Growth & Partnership’s Team (Remote Role). In this role, you will work closely with our staffing and recruiting partners globally to coordinate hiring needs, manage communication, and ensure a smooth flow of developer talent through Turing’s ecosystem. This is not a typical recruiter role. It focuses on building strong relationships with our partners, enabling them to deliver high quality talent, and ensuring alignment between business needs and partner output. You will work within Turing’s internal systems and tools, including Google Sheets and custom platforms, to track, report, and improve partner performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the main point of contact for staffing partners to brief them on open roles, provide timely updates, and ensure alignment with Turing’s hiring goals
• Onboard and manage existing vendors, guiding them on processes and best practices to help source top tier developers for niche roles
• Track, evaluate, and filter developer profiles received from partners to ensure quality and fit
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and business stakeholders to manage the talent pipeline and improve match rates between developers and clients
• Maintain accurate records, dashboards, and reports in Google Sheets and internal systems to monitor performance and drive decisions
• Contribute to process improvements from JD understanding to partner briefings, candidate evaluation, and feedback loops What You’ll Bring

Must Have
• 3 or more years of experience in MSP, contingent workforce, or IT recruitment vendor management • Strong experience managing staffing or recruitment partners • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to evaluate technical talent and manage multiple hiring pipelines
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and data tracking or reporting
• Proven ability to coordinate across teams and execute with ownership and urgency
• Strong collaboration, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset • Based in Brazil and able to join within 2 weeks

Nice to Have
• Understanding of technical roles such as engineering, product, or data
• Experience working in startups or fast paced, high growth environments
• Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM or communication tools
• Fluency in Spanish
• Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
