About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Executive Recruiter to join our global Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leadership to identify, attract, and hire exceptional executive-level talent across key business functions. You’ll play a strategic role in shaping the leadership team by driving high-quality, full-cycle recruitment processes for senior and niche positions across global markets.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end executive search efforts for leadership roles across Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Partner directly with C-level leaders, VPs, and hiring managers to understand talent needs, define role requirements, and build tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Conduct market mapping, develop sourcing strategies, and identify top leadership talent through direct sourcing, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle—ensuring timely communication, transparency, and professionalism.
  • Drive diversity hiring initiatives and contribute to building an inclusive leadership pipeline.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to advise stakeholders on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent market dynamics.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of the hiring process and continuously optimize recruitment workflows for efficiency and quality.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5 years in executive search or leadership hiring.
  • Proven success in hiring for Director-level and above roles in Engineering, Product, or Business functions.
  • Experience recruiting within global markets and working across diverse business environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in direct sourcing, headhunting, and market intelligence gathering.
  • Deep understanding of compensation structures, offer negotiations, and executive candidate engagement.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • We ask you to be onsite for 3-4 days in SF office.
