Overview
We are looking for someone with experience in a fast-paced start-up environment—you must be agile and able to adapt to changing conditions and priorities. You will help us collect, measure, visualize, update, and maintain information related to our customers and products. A track record of successfully managing databases, and improving workflows is an essential skill set needed to be successful in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Execution - Ensure all operations are carried out as per aligned SLAs & KPIs.
- QC - Vet the results produced by the data specialists / team members to ensure accuracy and completeness. Monitor and evaluate data quality, identify data discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
- Business Requirement - Coordinate with business teams to understand the data requirements and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of data.
- Analytics - Analyse process data on the go and provide actionable insights to the business teams, enabling them to make informed decisions.
- Collect, update and enter data in databases and maintain accurate records of valuable company information on company-designed tools.
- Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
- Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete information
- Apply data program techniques and procedures
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
- Keep information confidential
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Operations management experience of 1-3 years
- Inherent ability to learn, take initiative and grow
- Knowledge of email marketing and lead generation processes would be an advantage
- Excel skills are mandatory.
- Proficient in SQL/Python experience is an additional advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Eye on attention to details
- Experience in collecting and interpreting data
- Experience in reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business
- Ability to identify patterns and trends in data sets
- Experience in working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs
- Defining new data collection and analysis processes.
