Turning Point for God is the broadcast ministry of Dr. David Jeremiah and exists to deliver the unchanging Word of God to an ever-changing world. Using Dr. Jeremiah’s teaching, we capture, curate, and communicate Bible Strong content through the power of media to share the Gospel with theological and creative excellence. Dr. Jeremiah is committed to teaching the entirety of God’s Word to the world, and his teaching is delivered in multiple languages to approximately 3 billion people across the globe through Turning Point’s various media channels.

Position Summary

The Digital Communications Graphic Designer reports to the Art Director. The responsibility of the Digital Communications Graphic Designer is to design artwork specifically for Digital Communications and work with the Communications Team to execute those projects.

Responsibilities

• Design artwork for marketing and mass digital communications consistent with Turning Point’s established brand.
  • Strong Photoshop knowledge required
• Create marketing images to use in digital communications
  • Knowledge of photography and photo editing is a bonus.
• Crafting visual solutions that align with Turning Point’s goals to effectively reach the target audience.
• Support the Communications Team in the execution of digital communication and fundraising emails.
• Build and format email templates using provided copy and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary content and assets for campaigns.
• Upload, arrange, and optimize text, images, and links for email campaigns to ensure clarity and visual appeal.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, functionality, and mobile responsiveness of emails.
• Ensure all communications adhere to organizational style, tone, and branding standards.
• Support occasional special projects or events related to communications and fundraising efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design a plus
• 3 years of related experience in Graphic Design a plus
• Must produce exceptional artwork on a deadline
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and highly productive
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience building mass communications emails through a platform like MailChimp preferred
• Strong writing skills
• Ability to take direction

Other

• Position is full-time, non-exempt, Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm at Turning Point International Headquarters in Lakeside, CA.
• This is an hourly role. The salary range is $30.00- $34.00.
