Your Role
As a RevOps Manager, you will help design and operate the revenue systems that power Turnkey’s go-to-market engine.
You’ll work closely with the VP of Revenue and cross-functional leaders to ensure the company’s sales, marketing, and customer teams operate on reliable infrastructure: clean data, clear reporting, and scalable workflows. Your work will directly shape how Turnkey generates pipeline, converts customers, and manages revenue as the business grows.
This is a builder role for someone who enjoys creating structure in fast-moving environments.
What You’ll Do
- Own and improve core revenue operations workflows across the GTM funnel: Marketing → Sales → Onboarding → Customer Success
- Maintain CRM infrastructure and supporting RevOps systems, ensuring data integrity and operational reliability
- Implement and maintain GTM workflows to improve handoffs, visibility, and consistency
- Help execute initiatives to improve conversion rates and pipeline health across the funnel
- Build and maintain forecasting models and pipeline reports; support leadership with accurate, timely updates
- Partner with Sales, CS, and Marketing to operationalize GTM priorities
- Monitor funnel metrics and revenue KPIs, surfacing risks and opportunities
- Support onboarding, documentation, and GTM playbooks
- Identify friction in GTM workflows and implement process improvements or automation
- Report into the VP of Revenue initially; transition to reporting into Head of RevOps as the function scales
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Business Operations, or similar roles
- Experience operating in a scaling, fast-moving environment
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or HubSpot and common GTM tools
- Understanding of SaaS revenue funnels and pipeline mechanics
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with strong analytical skills
- Strong cross-functional communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Builder mentality: you like creating structure and making things work better

Compensation range
$135,000 - $200,000 USD
