Claims Project Specialist

About the team: 

The Claims Project Specialist will organize and drive claims related projects. This role will partner with the Protection team to organize and implement projects that impact all of Protection Operations. 

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with several functional areas and teams to drive projects that impact Protection Operations.
  • Effectively conduct and document project related meetings.
  • Communicate progress, updates and obstacles to project stakeholders and leadership
  • Creates and maintains all projects with a comprehensive summary of all of the latest relevant info in our chosen project management software. 
  • Produces periodic reports to all Protection stakeholders, including related risks and progress.
  • Ensures clear roles, responsibilities, deliverables and deadlines are defined.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with all Protection managers to ensure coordination of their initiatives while educating and guiding them through the project processes and tools.

Your profile:

  • BA or equivalent years of experience
  • 2+ year of experience managing projects
  • Working knowledge of JIRA and/or Asana
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong relationship building skills and ability to network and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate project summaries, action items and deliverables verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate written & verbally influence and gain consensus
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with expeditious execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

The PHX base salary target range for this full-time position is $70,000-$88,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in this location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
