Role Summary
This critical, senior leadership role is focused on propelling tvScientific's connected TV advertising platform to new heights by developing innovative technologies in inventory activation, management and the programmatic ecosystem. We are looking for a thought-leader, a team member who sees ahead and will help us and our customers navigate the industry’s challenges and opportunities.
As the driving force behind product strategy and development, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Sales and Marketing, ensuring the seamless integration of industry leading solutions that further differentiate tvScientific and grow our business.
As an end-to-end PM leader, your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth market research specific to the connected TV advertising landscape, identifying trends, and translating customer needs into precise product requirements… then building them with our Engineering team and shipping them with our Go-To-Market team. Emphasizing a data-driven approach, you will establish and monitor key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to optimize the performance of tvScientific's attribution and measurement platform.
This role requires leadership in agile development processes, collaborating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and effective team communication. We're currently looking for two Staff PMs; one for our Supply team and another for our Creative team.

What You'll Do
- Lead feature development for tvScientific, focusing on advancing Connected TV Advertising through cutting-edge technology development in Supply related capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to seamlessly integrate new state-of-the-art Programmatic inventory management solutions into tvScientific's Connected TV Advertising platform.
- Conduct in-depth market research on Connected TV Advertising, analyzing trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to inform the development of innovative measurement and attribution technologies.
- Define precise product requirements, specifications, and user stories, emphasizing advanced functionalities tailored for Connected TV Advertising.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for Connected TV Advertising, providing insights to assess and optimize tvScientific's platform performance.
- Lead agile development processes, overseeing sprint planning and backlog grooming, ensuring effective communication, especially during the implementation and refinement of features.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in Connected TV Advertising, integrating innovations into tvScientific's product roadmap for a competitive edge in the evolving landscape of television advertising.
You’ll Be Successful in This Role if You Have:
- Visionary Product Strategies: Ability to develop and execute innovative product strategies aligned with market needs and competitive trends.
- Product Lifecycle Leadership: Demonstrated expertise in managing successful product lifecycles, with a minimum of 8 years of senior-level product management experience.
- Connected TV Advertising Expertise: Deep understanding of Connected TV Advertising technologies and the Programmatic ecosystem, capable of leading development efforts and effectively communicating technical concepts to cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to identify and solve product and business challenges in the dynamic Connected TV Advertising landscape, ensuring ongoing competitiveness.
- Collaborative Leadership: Skill in fostering collaboration among teams to achieve seamless product execution aligned with business objectives. Experience collaborating with industry partners and building strategic alliances.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficiency in utilizing data to inform product decisions and optimize user engagement.
- Industry Thought Leadership: Contribution to industry thought leadership through publications and speaking engagements, enhancing personal and company visibility in the Connected TV Ads field.
You May Also Have
- Familiarity with ad verification processes and tools.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in advertising technology.
- Certification or training in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in additional languages relevant to the advertising technology market.
- BS/MS in a related discipline.
