The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting teams cross functionally, driving technical implementations, and developing scalable processes.

What You'll Do

  • Business Intelligence & Data Management
    • Champion the design and implementation of the data warehouse in collaboration with Data Engineering and cross-functional teams.
    • Drive the transition from Snowflake and Workato to scalable, DE-supported pipelines.
    • Lead the evaluation and adoption of a new BI tool to replace Looker/Looker Studio, ensuring it aligns with company growth projections.
    • Work with stakeholders to define and centralize business KPIs for reporting and decision-making.
  • Salesforce & Systems Integration
    • Oversee credit risk vendor integration and improvements to internal Salesforce workflows for customer onboarding.
    • Enhance contract management capabilities (e.g., MSA, NDA, DPA, IO) in Salesforce and enforce these systems in conjunction with the “Kill the Pacing Doc” initiative.
    • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to complete the Paylocity-Salesforce-NetSuite integration.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Drive enforcement of daily spend limits in collaboration with FinOps and ensure operational compliance with budget controls.
    • Re-enable and test prospect auto-invite automation, ensuring a seamless engagement experience.
    • Develop a framework for variable monetization to optimize customer fees for maximum company margin.
    • Coordinate with FinOps and PMM teams to execute the Stripe Credit Card processing integration and associated PCI compliance training.
  • Project Management & Leadership
    • Translate alpha testing insights into technical requirements for General Availability (GA) launches (e.g., “Kill the Pacing Doc” initiative).
    • Oversee data migration efforts for legacy data (e.g., 2023/2024 customers) during system upgrades.
    • Act as a business stakeholder in prioritization discussions, authoring PRDs and driving cross-functional alignment.

How We'll Define Success

  • Seamless Data Management: Successful implementation of a scalable data warehouse with centralized business KPIs, transitioning from Snowflake and Workato to DE-supported pipelines.

  • Process Optimization: Elimination of manual workflows through automation initiatives such as the “Kill the Pacing Doc” project, improving speed and accuracy.
  • Strategic Tool Adoption: Implementation of a new BI tool that meets company growth needs and enhances data-driven decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effective partnership with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Product, and Sales to align business operations with strategic goals.
  • Project Delivery: On-time and within-budget execution of key initiatives, with measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and revenue growth.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback from internal teams on improved usability and efficiency of integrated systems.
