About the job

We are looking for a Sr. Integrated Campaigns Marketing Manager, Social Impact to drive the execution of global integrated campaigns. This role is critical in operationalizing campaign strategies, managing stakeholders, enabling sales teams, and leveraging martech tools for efficiency and impact.

This position is needed to play a key role in expanding Twilio’s footprint with social impact organizations - helping more of them use Twilio’s digital communication tools to reach the people they serve.  Twilio.org exists to bring the power of Twilio’s Customer Engagement Platform to organizations advancing social good - from nonprofits and NGOs, to universities, hospitals and local governments.

You will be a key member of the Growth and Demand Generation team and will work closely with brand, campaign owners, product marketing, content, partner marketing, and sales to bring campaigns to market—ensuring timely execution, clear role ownership, and alignment across teams. You will also oversee the enablement and adoption of sales tools, campaign-related martech, and post-campaign evaluation to refine future strategies.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Translate campaign strategy into actionable workstreams, collaborating with campaign owners, PMM, content, brand, and sales.
  • Develop detailed timelines and ensure deliverables are met on time and at the highest quality.
  • Be the “Owner” as the central point of integration and coordination across multiple global teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign elements—such as messaging, content, creative, and GTM plans—are executed at a high quality and on time.
  • Proactively identify roadblocks and mitigate risks to keep campaigns on track - must be vocal when deliverables are at risk and hold team members accountable for their ownership areas.
  • Drive clarity on responsibilities and expectations for all campaign contributors.
  • Oversee campaign-related marketing and sales tech stack, ensuring tools are optimized for execution and insights.
  • Drive adoption of campaign assets and ensure sales teams are enabled with the right tools, messaging, and follow-up materials.
  • Coordinate training and enablement sessions for sales teams on new campaigns and plays.
  • Partner with analytics and marketing ops teams to assess campaign performance, pipeline impact, and areas for improvement.
  • Synthesize key insights and present findings to stakeholders to inform future campaigns.
  • Continuously refine processes and best practices for campaign execution and sales enablement.

Not all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly. Twilio values diverse experiences in other industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. While having “desired” qualifications make for a strong candidate, we encourage applicants with alternative experiences to also apply. Required:

  • Hands-on experience with marketing and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Outreach/Salesloft or similar, Airtable).
  • Ability to work across time zones and coordinate with international teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ensuring clarity and accountability across teams.
  • Interest in using your skills to create positive social impact, and preferably have some volunteer or professional experience with the social impact sector.

Desired:

  • Experience leading global campaigns with regional execution and localization strategies.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and multi-touch attribution models.
  • A background in sales enablement, including playbook creation, training, and activation strategies.
  • Ability to translate campaign performance data into actionable insights, driving continuous optimization.
  • Exposure to marketing operations and automation best practices, ensuring campaign efficiency at scale.
