About the job
This position is needed to We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for Reporting, Insights, and Experimentation within our Commerce Platform. This role will define how we provide customers and internal stakeholders with actionable insights into usage, spend, billing, and purchase behaviours, and how we enable experimentation across pricing, packaging, and purchase flows to drive growth.
You will partner closely with engineering, data science, finance, and GTM teams to build products that help customers make better decisions, improve revenue predictability, and unlock experimentation capabilities for our business.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Commerce Reporting, Insights, and Experimentation.
- Define and deliver customer-facing reporting APIs and dashboards (e.g., usage, spend, invoices, billing summaries, cost optimization).
- Partner with Finance, GTM, and Product teams to build internal insights & analytics tools that support decision-making, forecasting, and product adoption.
- Develop and scale experimentation platforms for commerce (pricing, packaging, purchase flows) to enable rapid iteration and data-driven growth.
- Define key success metrics for reporting adoption, customer engagement, and experimentation velocity.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into customer journeys and drive upsell, cross-sell, and retention.

*Required:
- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in commerce, payments, reporting/analytics, or experimentation platforms.
- Strong track record of shipping data-heavy, customer-facing products at scale.
- Experience working with data science and analytics teams to turn raw data into actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of commerce systems (billing, payments, invoicing, purchase experiences).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics and evaluate success.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to work across engineering, finance, and GTM stakeholders.
- Experience with SaaS or large-scale transactional businesses strongly preferred.
Desired:
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms, experimentation frameworks, or BI/analytics tools.
The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
- Based in British Columbia. : $142, 800 CAD - $175,800 CAD
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
