About the job
This position is needed to plan and execute regional marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness. You will align closely with sales teams, manage events, build local partnerships, and tailor global strategies to local markets. Your goals will include lead generation, supporting pipeline growth, and ensuring consistent messaging across regions.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Align Sales and Marketing - Ensure that marketing and sales departments are working together
- Manage business performance, drive new business growth and present results in regular meetings
- Develop demand generation programs in partnership with the Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, Campaigns and SDR teams that result in revenue growth
- Partner with GTM teams to define the target account set, identifying key acquisition opportunities and building clear, joint execution plans
- Land and champion new logo acquisition plays, activating connected sales and marketing execution to maximise marketing spend to revenue
Build relationships - Build trust with target accounts
- Create clarity in the target account set regarding Twilio strategy, solution and product relevance by designing and delivering activities that speak to particular pain points and challenges
- In conjunction with the GTM org identify the best plan of action to maximize ROI and ensure all relevant stakeholders in the business are focused on prospect experience
Develop programmes - Create customised marketing programmes for target accounts
- In conjunction with other relevant stakeholders and teams; develop, socialise, and execute the marketing strategy for New Business in line with marketing and sales priorities, as well as corporate initiatives
- With a focus on ROI within the target account set; plan, coordinate, and execute (where owned) all aspects of relevant activities.
- These may include (but are not limited to):
- Top of funnel/awareness building tactics
- Webinars,trade shows and first party events
- Online and offline lead generation activity
- Content design and delivery
- Trade association partnership and media delivery
- In-account communications and activities
- Manage vendors, agencies, and contractors to execute on all aspects of the plan and strategy as required
Measure campaigns - Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Report on key New Business performance metrics across the funnel and ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date on progress within the target account set
- Manage the New Business marketing budget and report as relevant on ROI vs spend
- Optimise spend and activity delivery, adjusting tactics as necessary to ensure optimum prospect experience and maximum ROI

Required:
- 5-7 years experience in marketing and go-to-market strategy execution within the enterprise software/SaaS markets, with 2 years overseeing demand generation, in the B2B SaaS space.
- Impeccable English written and verbal communications skills, with a second European language (German/French).
- Experienced in creating and delivering successful lead-generation strategies.
- Excellent understanding of how to analyse and optimise conversion rates across the marketing and sales funnel.
- Proven B2B marketing experience in the EMEA region.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to work to ambitious commercial targets.
- Proven ability to manage all aspects of marketing delivery.
- Ability to think strategically, coupled with the focus and discipline necessary to simultaneously execute on a wide variety of detailed tactics.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Motivated individual performer that values teamwork.
Desired:
- Experience working idea for a US-headquartered company.
- Experience in growth territories such as DACH, Nordics, France.
- Experience in both on and offline growth marketing techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Location
This role will be remote, and based in the United Kingdom or Ireland.
Travel
We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 25% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.
