About the job
This role is needed to be a vital executor, controller, and analyst within our LATAM People team. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits, you will ensure our rewards programs are compliant, competitive, equitable, and seamlessly executed.
This role is the "engine" of the area—the person who audits the data, ensures legal compliance, and translates complex information into clear insights for leadership. You also serve as a key bridge between the company, our vendors, and our employees to ensure a world-class benefits experience.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Compliance & Audit Control: Execute regular audits and "spot checks" across different processes like annual review cycle. Ensure 100% adherence to company policies and LATAM labor laws.
- Stakeholder Influence: Act as a subject matter expert to influence decision-making across various stakeholders (Recruiters, HRBPs, and Business Leaders). You will ensure all compensation-related decisions remain strictly within the framework of company policy and local legislation.
- Analytical Partnership: Conduct deep-dive analyses on compensation trends. You will prepare and present clear, data-backed reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Market Pricing & Salary Governance: Perform market pricing for new roles and assist in the annual update of salary structures. Review and approve salary offers and internal mobility cases (promotions/transfers) to maintain internal equity.
- Employee Advocacy & Support: Serve as the primary Point of Contact (PoC) for employee inquiries regarding benefits. You will resolve complex queries and act as a proactive bridge to find solutions for service-level issues.
- Vendor & Financial Management: Manage relationships with external benefit providers and lead negotiations for renewals or service improvements. Oversee the end-to-end invoice approval process, ensuring financial accuracy.
- Remediation: Investigate anomalies and coordinate root cause analysis for process failures. Implement corrective actions and escalate high-risk cases with well-documented mitigation plans.
