About the job
This position is needed to help scale our partner ecosystem and drive pipeline growth. In this role you will build, execute, and measure co-marketing campaigns.
This is the perfect role for a marketer with 4–6 years of experience who understands the fundamentals of B2B marketing and channel dynamics, and is ready to take full ownership of partner-facing initiatives. If you are a strong project manager, a collaborative relationship-builder, and data-driven, you will thrive in this role.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Co-Marketing & Campaign Development
- Full-Funnel Campaign Development: Work collaboratively to create campaigns that touch all stages of the buyer’s journey, from awareness to conversion, including joint webinars, customer events, co-created content, etc..
- Email Nurture Programs: Design, build, and optimize post-event and post-campaign email nurture programs to execute a comprehensive, multi-touch engagement strategy.
- Customer Success Stories: Co-author customer success stories featuring strategic partners for both external marketing promotion and internal sales enablement.
- Tri-Party Plays: Support the development of bundled technology playbooks and build robust, market-ready use cases.
- Partner Comms Support
- Joint PR and Thought Leadership: Help define and implement joint PR, whitepapers, and thought leadership pieces to elevate our shared brand presence.
- Own and manage the Twilio Partner Social Media Strategy in alignment with Twilio Corporate plans
- Partner Campaign & Program Coordination and Management
- Partner-Led Events: Support the execution of partner-hosted campaigns: webinars, regional field events with partners, and customer workshops, including content alignment.
- Industry Conference Program Support: Assist in coordinating our co-presence with partners at major industry trade shows, managing joint booth presence, logistics, and ancillary partner networking events with customers.

*Required:
- Experience: 4–6+ years of experience in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, or B2B Demand Generation within the B2B tech/SaaS space.
- Marketing Fundamentals: Solid understanding of multi-channel demand generation, event execution, and content marketing.
- Tool Stack: Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is highly preferred.
- Budgeting Skills: Experience managing or assisting with MDF (Market Development Funds) and budget tracking.
- Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple campaigns, events, and partner deadlines simultaneously.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently collaborate with external partner stakeholders.
Location
This role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.
Travel
We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.

Compensation
*Please note this role is open to candidates outside of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington D.C., and Washington State. The information below is provided for candidates hired in those locations only.
The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
- Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C. : $96,640 - $120,800.
- Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $102,240 - $127,800.
- Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $113,600 - $142,000.
- This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are generally eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
