Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Business Specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure collective achievement of required targets.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with doctors and their medical staff.
- Become an expert on Twins' metabolic remission services, confidently explaining their benefits and efficacy to healthcare providers.
- Tailor presentations and materials to individual doctors' needs and interests, ensuring they see the value for their patients.
- Identify eligible patients based on doctor referrals and engage them in the program.
- Coordinate appointments, answer questions, and facilitate patient enrolment.
- Regularly update doctors on their referred patients' progress, providing detailed reports and insights.
- Offer ongoing education and resources to healthcare providers, keeping them informed about the latest advancements in metabolic remission.
- Manage fair and transparent incentive programs for doctors based on patient enrolment and progress.
- Ensure timely and accurate payout to doctors according to agreed-upon terms.
- Strictly adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines regarding patient data, privacy, and interactions with healthcare providers.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions and transactions.
