Opportunity
The Senior Program Manager, Clinical Performance and Innovation, reports to the Director of Clinical Performance & Innovation and supports leadership of strategic initiatives to advance Twin's mission of reversing and preventing chronic metabolic disease. Working closely with Clinical Operations, Senior Leadership, and technology leaders, the Senior Program Manager ensures successful execution of strategic initiatives that advance cross-functional operational excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities
This role will support strategic initiatives and program management for the organization including:
- Own end-to-end program management of strategic initiatives, from early stage discovery, prototyping, implementation, and scaling. These initiatives will range from process improvement projects, new service design, and AI product solutions.
- Support the program management of product development for the organization, in partnership with the Director.
- Own project management of large initiatives, including communication of regular updates to key stakeholders and leadership.
- Drive improvements and performance efficiencies in our clinical and operational workflows across all roles.
- Further deepen our culture of continuous improvement and structured problem solving by acting as a “coach” or guide to other leaders and partnering with them to drive improvement with their teams.
- Occasional travel as needed
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience within the healthcare industry, with at least 3 years in virtual care / telehealth delivery.
- 5+ years of experience in a role focused on process improvement, strategic operations, service design, or innovation within healthcare.
- Demonstrated track record of partnering with clinical and operational leaders to support and project manage new programs or initiatives.
- Demonstrated understanding of and experience with the product development process.
- Demonstrated project management of initiatives that required managing complexity and ambiguity
- Comfort with clinical vocabulary; a quick learner who is unafraid to dive into the details of clinical care with SMEs
- Analytical mindset and structured problem-solving capabilities are required
- Ability to do “first pass” data analysis in order to understand problems and form an early hypothesis
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment and comfort with ambiguity
- Strong interpersonal skills, executive presence and the ability to collaborate with anyone in the organization
- Passion for Twin’s purpose to transform lives by empowering people to reverse, prevent and improve chronic metabolic diseases.
- Proficiency with Google Suite applications

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $130,000-$140,000 annually.
