Senior Manager, Growth Marketing

Remote, USA

Twin Health

At Twin Health, we empower people to improve and prevent chronic metabolic diseases, like type 2 diabetes and obesity, with a new standard of care. Twin Health is the only company applying AI Digital Twin technology exclusively toward metabolic health.

We start by building a dynamic model of each person’s metabolism — drawing on thousands of data points from CGMs, smartwatches, and meal logs — that maps their personal path to better health. Guided by a dedicated clinical care team, our members have lowered their A1C below the diabetes range, achieved lasting weight loss, and reduced or even eliminated medications, all while living healthier, happier lives.

Working here

Our team at Twin Health is passionate, talented, and united by a shared purpose: to improve the metabolic health and happiness of our members. We believe in empowering every Twin to make a meaningful impact for our members, our clients, and each other, while enjoying a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Twin has been recognized not only for our innovation but also for our culture, including: Innovator of the Year by the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable (EHIR), selected to CB Insights’ Digital Health 150, and named one of Newsweek’s Top Most Loved Workplace® .

With more than $100 million raised in recent funding, including a $53 million Series E round in 2025 led by Maj Invest, and a $50 million investment in 2023 led by Temasek, Twin is scaling rapidly across the U.S. and globally. Backed by leading venture firms like ICONIQ Growth, Sequoia, Sofina, Temasek, and Peak XV, we are building the most impactful digital health company in the world.

Join us as we reinvent the standard of care in metabolic health.

Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to own and scale Twin’s outbound growth engine. This role exists to dramatically increase seller productivity, improve account-level conversion, and reduce friction across the sales motion. This is not a traditional demand gen role. You will design the systems, messaging, and automation that help each seller generate more qualified conversations with less effort, using precise targeting, strong narratives, and data- and AI-enabled workflows.

You will partner deeply with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Content, Design, Brand, and Client Growth to ensure outbound marketing is coordinated, signal-driven, operationally sound, and measurable.

Responsibilities

Outbound Growth & Sales Productivity

  • Own the strategy and execution of Twin’s outbound growth engine across email, LinkedIn, website, and digital touch points
  • Design and maintain sales-ready outbound sequences, messaging, and talk tracks by persona, industry, and deal stage
  • Enable social selling by equipping sellers with content, scripts, and activation guidance that gets used
  • Build trigger-based outbound plays tied to account behavior, engagement, lifecycle stage, and intent signals
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to reduce seller effort while increasing meeting rates and pipeline quality

Account-Based Growth Strategy

  • Shift growth execution from lead-based to account- and buyer-centric
  • Translate GTM priorities into coordinated outbound motions by segment (employers, health plans, brokers)
  • Ensure messaging is tailored to buyer role, industry context, and stage of consideration
  • Align outbound marketing tightly with sales motions and field activity

Campaign & System Orchestration

  • Own HubSpot as an execution layer, not just a campaign tool
  • Design end-to-end workflows across marketing, sales, and digital channels
  • Ensure clean handoffs between marketing and sales with clear ownership and timing
  • Manage the commercial marketing calendar with a focus on pipeline impact, not volume

AI, Automation & New Growth Flows

  • Partner with MarTech and RevOps to deploy AI-assisted workflows that scale personalization in outbound
  • Leverage AI to accelerate creation of outbound copy, sales sequences, and social messaging
  • Design automated follow-up, routing, and scheduling flows that increase speed to conversation
  • Pilot and scale new experiences such as AI chat, qualification, and meeting booking where they directly support outbound performance

Narrative & Enablement

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Content, and Brand to ensure outbound messaging clearly articulates Twin’s value by audience
  • Own the translation of positioning into seller-ready language and assets
  • Ensure consistency across email, social, web, and sales touchpoints

Measurement & Optimization

  • Define and track outbound productivity metrics including:

    • Meetings per seller
    • Reply and meeting rates by sequence
    • Time to first touch for high-intent accounts
    • Pipeline generated per rep

  • Analyze performance and continuously optimize plays, messaging, and workflows
  • Provide clear visibility into what is working and why
  • Other duties as assigned

What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)

  • Sellers generate materially more qualified meetings without increasing outbound volume
  • Outbound programs are account-based, personalized, and system-driven
  • Sales and marketing operate from shared plays, messaging, and workflows
  • Clear attribution exists from outbound motion to pipeline and revenue
  • AI and automation measurably reduce manual effort and increase speed to conversion
  • Outbound strategy becomes a repeatable, scalable engine rather than ad hoc seller effort

Qualifications

  • 6-8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or revenue-aligned marketing roles, with a strong focus on outbound or account-based growth
  • Proven ability to increase seller productivity and pipeline quality through marketing-led outbound programs
  • Hands-on experience building and operating HubSpot-driven outbound systems, including segmentation, workflows, and lifecycle automation
  • Strong understanding of sales motions and seller workflows, with a track record of effective partnership with Sales and Revenue Operations
  • Experience designing account- and buyer-centric growth programs using engagement data, intent signals, and lifecycle triggers
  • Ability to translate positioning into seller-ready messaging and assets
  • Comfort leveraging AI and automation
  • Highly analytical and metrics-driven, with experience tying outbound activity to pipeline and revenue impact
  • This remote opportunity based out of the U.S. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $125,000- $145,000 annually.

Twin has an ambitious vision to empower people to live healthier and happier lives, and to achieve this purpose, we need the very best people to enhance our cutting-edge technology and medical science, deliver the best possible care, and turn our passion into value for our members, partners and investors. Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
