Senior Director of Brand & Experience

Remote, USA

Twin Health

At Twin Health, we empower people to improve and prevent chronic metabolic diseases, like type 2 diabetes and obesity, with a new standard of care. Twin Health is the only company applying AI Digital Twin technology exclusively toward metabolic health.

We start by building a dynamic model of each person’s metabolism — drawing on thousands of data points from CGMs, smartwatches, and meal logs — that maps their personal path to better health. Guided by a dedicated clinical care team, our members have lowered their A1C below the diabetes range, achieved lasting weight loss, and reduced or even eliminated medications, all while living healthier, happier lives.

Working here

Our team at Twin Health is passionate, talented, and united by a shared purpose: to improve the metabolic health and happiness of our members. We believe in empowering every Twin to make a meaningful impact for our members, our clients, and each other, while enjoying a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Twin has been recognized not only for our innovation but also for our culture, including: Innovator of the Year by the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable (EHIR), selected to CB Insights’ Digital Health 150, and named one of Newsweek’s Top Most Loved Workplace® .

With more than $100 million raised in recent funding, including a $53 million Series E round in 2025 led by Maj Invest, and a $50 million investment in 2023 led by Temasek, Twin is scaling rapidly across the U.S. and globally. Backed by leading venture firms like ICONIQ Growth, Sequoia, Sofina, Temasek, and Peak XV, we are building the most impactful digital health company in the world.

Join us as we reinvent the standard of care in metabolic health.

Responsibilities

Persuasion, Psychology, and Narrative

  • Own how Twin’s brand and narrative show up across modern discovery channels, including search engines and AI-powered answer platforms
  • Partner with Growth and SEO to ensure content is structured, authoritative, and discoverable across SEO, AEO, GEO, and emerging generative search experiences
  • Ensure Twin content is optimized for clarity, credibility, and relevance so it is accurately represented in AI-generated answers and summaries
  • Establish clear guardrails that allow teams to move quickly without fragmenting the brand

Design Strategy and Visual Persuasion

  • Own the visual persuasion strategy for Twin across brand, product, marketing, and partner experiences
  • Set clear design principles that guide how Twin communicates trust, clarity, and credibility visually
  • Ensure design systems scale across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C without dilution or inconsistency
  • Partner with Creative and Product teams to translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive, and emotionally resonant visual experiences
  • Apply behavioral and visual psychology to influence attention, comprehension, and action across pages, campaigns, and flows
  • Provide clear guidance and direction so design teams can move quickly while maintaining high quality and cohesion

AI-Driven Personalization and Creation

  • Use AI to rapidly create and test hyper-personalized assets including copy, subject lines, visuals, landing pages, mailers, and interactive flows with Lifecycle and Commercial Marketing teams
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and MarTech to operationalize AI-assisted workflows that scale personalization while maintaining quality
  • Experimentation and Learning Velocity
  • Run fast, disciplined experiments to understand what drives action across audiences
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests across messaging, visuals, and experiences
  • Use data and qualitative insight to double down on what works and quickly retire what does not
  • Build a culture where learning speed is a competitive advantage

Storytelling and Product Launches

  • Lead storytelling for new product and program launches across audiences and marketing channels
  • Frame new offerings with clarity and confidence so they feel inevitable rather than optional
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, analytics, and Clinical to ensure accuracy and credibility

Influence, Trust, and Social Proof

  • Own strategy for influencers, UGC, testimonials, and member stories with appropriate governance
  • Ensure all social proof is credible, compliant, and designed to reduce friction and increase trust
  • Partner with PR and Communications to reinforce narratives through earned media and executive storytelling

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as a senior partner to Growth, Lifecycle, Product Marketing, Sales, Field, and Client Growth
  • Influence through clarity and collaboration, with best ideas winning
  • Lead and develop a small, high-impact team across brand, creative, content, and experience
  • Other duties as assigned

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
