We are looking for a Product Management, Member Experience to define the vision and strategy for Twin’s member product in India.

This is a senior product leadership role with responsibility for the end-to-end experience members have with Twin — from their first days in the program through the daily experiences that help them understand their bodies, take the right actions, and achieve lasting health
outcomes.

You will define what a world-class, AI-native healthcare experience should look like for millions of members. You will shape how the Digital Twin comes to life across mobile, chat, voice, connected devices, and human care — transforming complex streams of health data into simple, personalized guidance that helps each member know what to do, why it matters, and what is likely to happen next.

This role requires both vision and execution. You will develop a deep understanding of our members, identify the most important problems to solve, set the product direction, and work closely with Design, Engineering, AI/ML, Clinical, Data, and Operations to turn that vision into
experiences members use and value every day.

You will be a senior product leader within Twin’s India organization and a key partner to product and company leadership globally.

Responsibilities
● Define the vision for Twin’s member experience. Establish a compelling product vision and strategy for how Twin helps members understand and improve their health.
● Own the end-to-end member journey. Think beyond individual features to create a coherent experience spanning onboarding, daily guidance, nutrition, medications,
activity, connected devices, progress, care-team interactions, and long-term behavior change.
● Reimagine healthcare as an AI-native experience. Define how AI, the Digital Twin, and human care work together across app, chat, voice, and proactive experiences to create a deeply personalized relationship with every member.
● Drive measurable member outcomes. Define success through engagement, sustained behavior change, treatment adherence, member satisfaction, and clinical outcomes rather than feature delivery.

● Lead through experimentation. Create hypotheses, rapidly test new experiences, learn from member behavior, and scale what works.
● Lead cross-functionally from vision through launch. Work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Clinical, Data, Operations, and Design to make difficult tradeoffs, remove ambiguity, and deliver high-quality experiences at speed.
● Shape Twins product strategy globally. Bring insights and innovation from India into Twins broader product strategy while adapting global capabilities to the needs and behaviors of members in India.
● Raise the product bar. Manage a product manager, establish strong product practices, and create a culture of member obsession, strategic thinking, experimentation, and accountability for outcomes.

Qualifications
● 10+ years of product management experience, with significant experience leading consumer-facing web and mobile products and product teams.
● AI product leadership. You have meaningful experience building AI-powered consumer experiences, ideally involving LLMs, conversational AI, agents, recommendation systems, or highly personalized experiences.
● Deep customer obsession. You routinely combine qualitative research, direct customer interaction, behavioral data, experimentation, and intuition to understand what users need — including needs they may not explicitly articulate.
● Strong analytical judgment. You know how to define meaningful metrics, design experiments, interpret imperfect data, and distinguish product activity from actual
customer and business outcomes.
● 0-to-1 and scale experience. You are equally comfortable inventing a new experience from first principles and evolving a successful product used by millions of people.
