Senior Healthcare Consultant

New York, NY

Twin Health

At Twin Health, we empower people to improve and prevent chronic metabolic diseases, like type 2 diabetes and obesity, with a new standard of care. Twin Health is the only company applying AI Digital Twin technology exclusively toward metabolic health.

We start by building a dynamic model of each person’s metabolism — drawing on thousands of data points from CGMs, smartwatches, and meal logs — that maps their personal path to better health. Guided by a dedicated clinical care team, our members have lowered their A1C below the diabetes range, achieved lasting weight loss, and reduced or even eliminated medications, all while living healthier, happier lives.

Working here

Our team at Twin Health is passionate, talented, and united by a shared purpose: to improve the metabolic health and happiness of our members. We believe in empowering every Twin to make a meaningful impact for our members, our clients, and each other, while enjoying a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Twin has been recognized not only for our innovation but also for our culture, including: Innovator of the Year by the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable (EHIR), selected to CB Insights’ Digital Health 150, and named one of Newsweek’s Top Most Loved Workplace® .

With more than $100 million raised in recent funding, including a $53 million Series E round in 2025 led by Maj Invest, and a $50 million investment in 2023 led by Temasek, Twin is scaling rapidly across the U.S. and globally. Backed by leading venture firms like ICONIQ Growth, Sequoia, Sofina, Temasek, and Peak XV, we are building the most impactful digital health company in the world.

Join us as we reinvent the standard of care in metabolic health.

 Opportunity

This role is a unique opportunity to be the face of Twin’s value story. You won’t just build models; you’ll stand in front of employers, health plans, and health systems and show them exactly what Twin can do for their populations.

As a Senior Healthcare Consultant, you’ll build client-specific business cases, use Twin’s value modeling tools, and present results directly to client decision-makers. You’ll also create the sales materials that tell Twin’s value story and track how competitors price and position their offerings. You’ll bring a health economics and pricing perspective to all of it. This is a highly visible role, working closely with sales, actuarial, marketing, and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build client business cases by developing population-specific savings and ROI projections for employers, Medicare Advantage plans, and health systems, using client claims, census, and benefits data. Your projections will stay consistent with Twin’s actuarial methodology.
  • Run value modeling using Twin’s analytical tools to produce client scenarios, keeping assumptions and benchmarks current as Twin’s outcomes data and product offerings evolve.
  • Present directly to clients, leading value conversations with benefits leaders, health plan executives, and benefits consultants. You’ll explain assumptions clearly and answer tough questions with confidence.
  • Develop sales collateral, including value narratives, case studies, one-pagers, and segment-specific presentations grounded in Twin’s clinical and financial outcomes.
  • Perform competitive intelligence by tracking competitors’ pricing models, ROI claims, and clinical evidence across diabetes, obesity, GLP-1 management, and cardiometabolic care. You’ll turn that research into battle cards and positioning guidance for the sales team.
  • Bring a health economics and pricing lens to market analysis, including medication cost trends, benchmark comparisons, and how Twin’s value compares to alternatives available to each client segment.
  • Collaborate across the business, partnering with actuarial on methodology, with sales on deal strategy, and with data teams on the inputs behind every business case.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Background: Bachelor’s degree in Health Economics, Economics, Public Health, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred). You bring 4–7 years of experience in healthcare consulting, payer or employer benefits analytics, health economics, or digital health.
  • Health Economics & Pricing Expertise: Strong command of PMPM economics, claims-based savings and ROI methods, and pricing concepts. You understand how employers, Medicare Advantage plans, and health systems each evaluate value.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced SQL and R skills are required, along with strong spreadsheet modeling ability.
  • Client Presence: Proven experience presenting analytical findings directly to senior client stakeholders and handling challenging questions in real time.
  • Storytelling: Ability to turn complex analyses into clear, compelling materials for non-technical audiences.
  • Market Insight: Experience conducting competitive or market research and translating findings into practical recommendations.
  • Passion: Twin’s purpose to transform lives by empowering people to reverse, prevent and improve chronic metabolic diseases excites you.
