Pay Range: 

  • The Target Annual Pay Range for this position is $162,183- $202,729. The Full Annual Pay Range is $162,183 - $243,275.
  • We provide an additional $2.00 per hour bilingual differential for those employees who can support our members' financial needs effectively in a second language; subject to verification of strong grasp of financial terms utilizing language skillset.

Compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer of employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Job Overview:

This position is responsible for leading the design and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions that align with business objectives. Will serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, driving innovation and ensuring that technology solutions support long-term business goals. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to define architecture standards, evaluate emerging technologies, and lead complex projects.

What you’ll do: 

  • Develops and refines architectural blueprints and technical documentation for proposed solutions, ensuring that they align with industry best practices and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.  
  • Provides expert technical leadership and mentorship to both junior and senior members of the architecture and development teams, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.  
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams throughout the requirements gathering process, defining specifications and ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.  
  • Works closely with internal stakeholders to clearly understand system requirements and facilitate the successful implementation of architectural designs that advance organizational goals.  
  • Enforces architecture governance processes to ensure consistency, scalability, and quality across all projects, maintaining adherence to established standards and methodologies.  
  • Continuously evaluates emerging technologies, frameworks, and platforms to drive innovation, enabling the organization to remain at the forefront of industry trends and technology advancements.  
  • Establishes and upholds best practices and standards for software development, cloud infrastructure, security, and system integrations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.  
  • Conducts thorough assessments to evaluate solutions against industry best practices and business expectations, while implementing robust data security measures and identity management protocols to safeguard sensitive information.  
  • Ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data processed within enterprise systems, underpinning our commitment to data protection and regulatory compliance.  
  • Collaborates with vendors and external partners to efficiently procure and integrate third-party solutions, ensuring seamless interoperability with existing systems.  
  • Serves as a technical thought leader by delivering engaging presentations, developing comprehensive documentation, and leading knowledge-sharing sessions to inspire innovation and technical excellence throughout the organization.  
  • All other duties as assigned.  

Qualifications

  • Minimum ten (10) years of Solutions Architecture experience and minimum five (5) years of Azure Architecture experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or related field of study.
  • Certifications: Azure AZ-304 Azure Architect Design.

Bonus points if you have: 

  • Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Google Professional Cloud Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

What you’ll bring:

  • Expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and distributed systems  
  • Strong background in designing and implementing APIs, microservices, and scalable applications.  
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.  
  • Deep understanding of security best practices, compliance frameworks, and risk management.  
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.  
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.  
  • Experience with AI/ML, data analytics, or IoT solutions preferred.  
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) preferred.  
  • Understanding of industry specific tech challenges and trends.  
  • Clear, concise communication for both technical and non- technical audiences.  
  • Keep up with emerging technologies and shifting business priorities.  

Total Rewards: 

This position is eligible for Full-Time Regular benefits. Employees and their eligible family members have access to a wide array of employee benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage. Includes an option for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance to be paid at a 100% by company for the employee only coverage. We also offer Health Care FSA (HCFSA), Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contributions, and Dependent Care FSA (DCFSA). Employees also have access to Life and AD&D insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our 401k plan. Full-Time Regular employees accrue 8 hours of vacation and 8 hours of sick leave, on a monthly basis. Full-Time Regular hired employees also receive 11 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, 1 floating holiday, 16 hours of self-care time, and 16 hours of volunteer time.

All benefits except 401k start the first of the month following date of hire. Employees become eligible to contribute to 401k on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
