Marketing Campaign Manager, NGS

Twist Bioscience is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to support integrated marketing
campaigns for our Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) business. This role will be responsible
for the development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns
that drive awareness, demand, and adoption of Twist’s NGS products.
This position sits within the marketing organization and partners closely with regional
marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, and sales teams to bring cohesive
messaging to market. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented,
comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, and excited about translating
complex scientific value into compelling customer-centric campaigns.


Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
● Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns supporting Twist’s NGS
portfolio across the customer journey (awareness → consideration →
decision).
● Translate product positioning and value propositions into clear, compelling campaign messaging
tailored to target customer segments and regions.
● Own campaign timelines, workflows, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Partner with Product Marketing to align campaigns with product strategy, launches, and
positioning.
● Work closely with Regional Marketing teams to adapt and deploy campaigns globally while
respecting regional nuances.

● Collaborate with Digital Marketing to activate campaigns across key channels including web,
email, paid media, webinars, and social.
● Support Sales Enablement by ensuring campaigns generate relevant content, leads, and insights
for sales teams.

Content & Channel Activation
● Lead the development and deployment of campaign assets such as landing pages, emails,
webinars, whitepapers, case studies, and digital ads.
Ensure campaigns effectively drive customers into Twist’s web ecosystem, increasing
engagement and progression through the funnel.
● Maintain message consistency across all strategic channels.

Performance Measurement & Optimization
● Define campaign KPIs and success metrics in partnership with marketing operations and digital
teams.
● Analyze campaign performance, pipeline impact, and customer engagement data to inform
optimization.
● Continuously test, learn, and improve campaign effectiveness based on insights and data.

Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
● 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, or demand generation,
preferably in life sciences, genomics, or biotechnology.
● Hands-on experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
● Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience working cross-functionally with product marketing, digital teams, and regional
stakeholders.
● Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing campaign performance.

Preferred Qualifications
● Familiarity with Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) markets, products, or customers.
● Experience supporting commercial or sales enablement initiatives.
● Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM tools
(e.g., Salesforce).

The base cash compensation for this California-based role is below. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for bonus, equity, and a generous benefits package. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate skill, experience, expertise, and location and may vary from the amount listed above. Compensation may be different in other locations.

San Francisco Bay Area Pay Range

$114,000 - $150,000 USD
