About the Role

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive the marketing strategy for some of the most critical product areas at Twitch: Trust & Safety and Community products. This role sits at the intersection of product development, community health, and growth—helping ensure that our platform remains a place where creators can thrive and communities can flourish safely.

You'll be the marketing voice for products that protect our users, empower our creators, and strengthen the bonds within our communities. This means navigating nuanced, sometimes sensitive product spaces with empathy, strategic clarity, and a deep understanding of our diverse audience. You'll transform complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with creators, viewers, and the broader Twitch ecosystem and encourage them to adopt features that will help them grow and keep them safe.

This role deals with some sensitive matters. You'll need to be comfortable operating in ambiguity, influencing without authority, and championing products that may not always be flashy but are foundational to everything we do.

You Will

  • Own product marketing strategy for Trust & Safety and Community/Creator product portfolios, developing deep expertise in the user problems these products solve and the competitive landscape
  • Craft compelling positioning and messaging that translates complex, nuanced product features into clear value propositions for creators, moderators, and viewers
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases, including audience segmentation, channel strategy, launch timing, and success metrics
  • Partner deeply with Product Management to influence roadmap priorities through market insights, competitive intelligence, and community feedback—ensuring marketing has a seat at the table from ideation through launch
  • Collaborate with Brand, Communications, and Integrated Marketing teams to develop holistic campaigns that drive awareness, education, and adoption of safety and community tools
  • Navigate sensitive topics with care and strategic precision, developing communication strategies for products that address harassment, content moderation, creator safety, and community health
  • Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with Policy, Legal, Creator Programs, and Customer Support to ensure aligned messaging and coordinated launches
  • Define and track key performance indicators for product adoption, retention, and sentiment, using data to iterate on marketing strategies and demonstrate impact
  • Champion the creator and community voice internally, bringing user insights and feedback into product and marketing decisions

You Have

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in consumer technology, social platforms, or creator economy products
  • Demonstrated experience marketing products in sensitive or complex spaces (AI, trust & safety, policy-adjacent, community health, or similar)
  • Track record of developing product positioning that resonates with diverse consumer audiences
  • Experience leading cross-functional go-to-market efforts from strategy through execution
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts for varied audiences
  • Experience working closely with product management teams to influence roadmap and strategy

Bonus Point

  • Experience in the livestreaming, gaming, social media, or creator economy space
  • Background in community management, AI, content moderation, or trust & safety
  • Experience marketing to creator or developer audiences
  • Familiarity with Twitch's platform, community, and creator ecosystem
  • Experience with crisis communications or sensitive product communications

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

A "recently separated veteran" means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.

An "active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran" means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense.

An "Armed forces service medal veteran" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
