People Engagement Program Manager
About Us:
Twitch is the world's biggest live streaming service, with global communities built around gaming, entertainment, music, sports, cooking, and more. It is where thousands of communities come together for whatever, every day.
We're about community, inside and out. You'll find coworkers who are eager to team up, collaborate, and smash (or elegantly solve) problems together. We're on a quest to empower live communities, so if this sounds good to you, see what we're up to on LinkedIn and X, and discover the projects we're solving on our Blog.
About the Role:
As a Program Manager, you will serve as an individual contributor on the PEP team, reporting to the Head of People Engagement & Performance. - Project manage Twitch's company-wide listening mechanism, the annual Purple Pulse Engagement Survey, end to end.
- Keep a distributed workforce informed and aligned by producing the bi-weekly Staff Brief and Manager Monthly newsletters, and maintaining Twitch's Role Guideline Repository on ServiceNow.
- Manage relationships with our swag vendors end to end, from procurement through ongoing partnership.
- Modernize the portfolio, evolving the new employee experience, recognition, and mentorship programs and scaling delivery through AI-enabled automation
- Define success metrics, drive timely decisions, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to keep every program on track and continuously improving.
You Have:
- 4+ years in program management, employee engagement, communications, L&D, or a related people/HR function.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A track record managing concurrent programs with distinct audiences and competing timelines while proactively clearing blockers.
- Experience owning programs end to end, from planning and stakeholder alignment through delivery and measurement, where the solution may not be fully defined.
- Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn requirements into clear documentation, compelling content, and regular stakeholder updates.
- Experience with vendor management, including procurement and contracting
- Comfort using data to measure program effectiveness and inform improvement.
- Experience using AI to enhance your workflow
Bonus Points
- Experience with survey platforms (e.g., Peakon/Workday), ServiceNow content management, or learning/mentorship systems.
- Experience delivering hybrid and in-person employee experiences at scale.
- You watch, stream, or are genuinely curious about Twitch, gaming, or live entertainment.
