We are growing and looking for Senior Product Manager to join our Corporate Innovation team. This team plays a critical role in identifying, developing, and deploying cutting-edge capabilities for the US National Security space, working collaboratively across our diverse business units and product teams.

You should be a strategic thinker, a collaborator, and passionate about delivering impactful solutions to complex challenges facing our nation. This role requires a good understanding of the national security landscape, strong technical acumen, and a proven track record of bringing innovative products and capabilities from concept to market. This role will contribute across the spectrum of Product Management skills from ideation and strategy to product roadmap management and execution to commercial strategies and marketing plans in support of successful product launches.
This is mostly a remote position going into our Arlington, VA office as needed. Ideally, you should be local to the DC metro area.
What you will do:

Manage Product Accelerator Projects: The Product Accelerator is a Corporate Innovation team that tackles 2-3 projects at any one time. We bring a start-up mentality and agile methods to leverage innovative technology into operational products accelerating time to market and customer impact. Working with our customer teams, SMEs and sales/BD leaders you will help translate customer needs and market insights into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize features and manage the product backlog to maximize value and impact.

What you will need:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or related discipline

5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on accelerating growth by incorporating innovative technology, and cross-product integration

5+ years experience working within the national security and/or defense industry
- Strong familiarity with the role of a Product Manager and PM tools for discovery and delivery, including creating rapid prototypes to quickly test new product ideas

Strong understanding of the US national security ecosystem, including government agencies, contractors, and relevant regulations

Experience with agile development methodologies

Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams with a service mindset

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.
Salary Range
$141,400 - $286,600 USD
