Two Six Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Strategic Growth to lead our expansion in Europe. This pivotal role will drive strategic and opportunistic growth of our entire product portfolio by focusing on sales to U.S. National Security organizations in Europe, NATO, FVEYs partners, and other European Allied entities. You will achieve this through direct customer engagement and leveraging key partnerships. Success will be measured by Product Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth and positive customer impact. In collaboration with business units and product teams, you will deliver enduring value through product and technology innovation combined with deep mission expertise.
What you will do:
- Work with Two Six Program and Project Leads to identify key areas for growth and collaboration within existing work and ongoing customer partnerships.
- Understand the strategic landscape of evolving customer requirements, and technology innovation to meet mission needs both short and long term.
- Implement a programmatic approach to identify opportunities for growth; generate new leads; manage complex sales cycles including demos, customer trials, and proofs of concept; and drive deals to successful closure.
- Leverage your experience, network and consultative selling skills to build long-lasting relationships with prospective customers, executive sponsors, and potential partners.
- Understand and navigate procurement, budget and funding processes of U.S. and allied National Security organizations in Europe.
- Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and marketing teams to tailor solutions and messaging for the European market and for joint partner offerings.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting and reporting.
What you will need:
- 10+ years of related experience working with DOD and/or European Allied organizations
- Strong motivation to solve critical challenges for customers in achieving their mission goals
- Existing network and successful relationship-building experience within U.S. DOD organizations in Europe and/or European Allied military/government entities
- Experience with product and technology solutions relevant to defense and intelligence mission spaces (e.g., information operations, cyber, C2, zero trust, etc.)
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of success in targeting and establishing credibility with demanding stakeholder communities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive adoption of innovative products and technologies
- Mindset of genuine collaboration and teaming with staff, peers and leadership
- Deep understanding of U.S. Federal procurement and contracting processes, with some knowledge of European government/military procurement, particularly related to NATO
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies in new markets
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.
Salary Range
$178,900 - $362,000 USD
