Two Six Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial cleared Senior Product Manager to join a new, dynamic Internal Research and Development (IR&D) team focused on scaling our Agentic AI orchestration product. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of a major company initiative, collaborating with engineering, design, data science, and capture to drive competitive advantage from building a reusable agentic orchestration layer targeted at specific mission applications.

This is a fully remote position with flexibility to manage your day around collaboration with your team. DC location is preferred but not required. Some travel will be required to interface with our customers and Two Six employees collaborating on cleared programs. 

What you will do:

•    Work with customers and stakeholders to develop a product vision for the agentic AI orchestrator
•    Conduct market research, solicit customer feedback, and test new ideas to build our backlog and roadmap
•    Collaborate in a cross functional team to build agentic AI functionality
•    Write clear and well-bounded users stories that keep the team focused on delivering slices of user value every sprint
•    Engage stakeholders in the innovation process and keep them informed of your work
•    Advocate for solving customer problems by building functionality into the product line
•    Collaborate with other PMs to build value across product lines
•    Advocate for a user-centered culture and drive change in that direction
•    Be open and flexible to jump in where help is needed

What you will need (basic qualifications):

•    Experience collaborating with tech leads, designers, and domain experts to build intuitive user experiences
•    Experience with data scientists to build AI into the pipeline is required; experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow, MCP, and RAG/KAG is a key differentiator
•    Experience working with leadership, customers, and internal stakeholders to build products that solve hard problems
•    Strong familiarity with the role of a Product Manager and PM tools for discovery and delivery, including creating rapid prototypes to quickly test new product ideas
•    Experience working in scrum/kanban on cross functional teams
•    Team mentality to do what’s best for the product

Nice If You Have Experience with:

•    Experience creating products for government users, particularly in environments with limitations on technology access
•    Experience with advanced analytics, natural language processing, large language models and generative AI
•    Interest in supporting US government missions to counter foreign adversary and non-state actor propaganda and disinformation

Clearance Requirement:
•    TS clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.

Salary Range

$180,000 - $200,000 USD
