Corporate Training Coordinator

Arlington, Virginia

At Two Six Technologies, we build, deploy, and implement innovative products that solve the world’s most complex challenges today. Through unrivaled collaboration and unwavering trust, we push the boundaries of what’s possible to empower our team and support our customers in building a safer global future.

We’re looking for a dynamic and technical Corporate Training Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our professional development initiatives, ensuring our educational programs run seamlessly from start to finish. If you thrive on spinning multiple plates - from managing tech logistics and organizing workshops, to analyzing feedback and keeping our Learning Management System (LMS) immaculate - we’d love to talk to you.

This is a hybrid position working from either our Arlington or Herndon, VA office.

What you will do:

As our Training Coordinator, your day-to-day will involve a mix of logistics, technology management, creativity, and people skills:

  • Program Logistics: Coordinate end-to-end logistics for all training sessions, including scheduling, booking rooms (or setting up virtual links), sending invitations, and distributing materials.
  • LMS Administration: Maintain and update the Learning Management System. You will upload content, enroll employees, track completion rates, and troubleshoot minor technical hiccups.
  • Vendor & Workshop Management: Act as the primary point of contact for training vendors and internal training workshops, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.
  • Data & Evaluation: Gather feedback post-training via surveys, compile evaluation data, and generate reports to help us continuously improve our programs.
  • Communication: Keep the company informed about upcoming learning opportunities through newsletters, Slack channels, or intranet updates.
  • Virtual Resource Curation: Build creative virtual training content and assist in formatting and updating training manuals, decks, and digital resources.

What you will need:

We care more about your drive, organizational wizardry, and adaptability than a perfectly linear resume, but here is what will give you a head start:

  • 1+ years of experience in a coordinator role (HR, L&D, Event Planning, or Administrative support)
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) (Skillsoft preferred), virtual training creation platforms (e.g., EasyGenerator), Training Reporting, Google/Box Suite
  • Exceptional time-management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, attend to details, and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat

The projected pay range listed for this position is a general guideline and not a guarantee of rate.

Pay Range

$32.96 - $41.35 USD
