We’re looking for a high-energy and driven Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be on the front lines of our go-to-market motion, helping to identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and partnerships to drive pipeline and accelerate revenue growth. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Research, identify, and engage prospective customers using outbound tactics (cold calls, email sequences, social selling). 
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives. 
  • Manage and update all sales activities in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). 
  • Partner with marketing and sales leadership to align campaigns with outbound efforts. 
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Outreach to scale outreach and engagement. 
  • Collaborate with technology partners including Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and System Integrators (SIs) to generate joint opportunities. 
  • Contribute to refining messaging, playbooks, and prospecting strategies based on real-time market feedback. 

Requirements 

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (preferably in SaaS or technology). 
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and high-volume outreach. 
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience working with a partner ecosystem or channel sales model. 
  • Familiarity with B2B enterprise sales cycles. 
  • Previous experience at a high-growth startup or early-stage company. 

Base Salary 

The compensation for this role is $68,000 OTE. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
