Senior Product Marketing Manager

Palo Alto or Bellevue

About Typeface
We help the world’s biggest brands move from brief to fully personalized campaigns — in days, not months.

Founded by Abhay Parasnis and backed by Microsoft, GV, Salesforce, Lightspeed, Madrona and Menlo, we’re building category-defining technology at the intersection of creativity and AI with real impact. Join us to help shape the future of enterprise marketing.

What You'll Do

We're looking for a talented and passionate Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for Typeface's suite of agentic and generative AI products. In this role, you'll be the connective tissue between product, sales, and marketing, translating complex AI capabilities into crisp, differentiated narratives that win the world's most sophisticated enterprise buyers.

You'll partner closely with product leadership to shape the roadmap, run major launches end-to-end, enable our enterprise sales team, and serve as the voice of the customer inside Typeface. As a hands-on builder who thrives in ambiguity, you'll set strategy and ship high-impact work, determining product messaging, briefing analysts, building sales materials, leading webinars, all while testing and iterating based on what's actually moving deals.

How You'll Make Impact

  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Own the positioning, narrative, and messaging architecture for Typeface, translating capabilities into business outcomes that resonate with marketing, creative and IT leaders.
  • Launches That Land: Lead end-to-end product launches across agentic features and products, from launch tier strategy to naming and pricing inputs, guiding content, marketing tactics, customer comms, and post-launch measurement.
  • Sales Enablement for Enterprise Motion: Equip our enterprise sales team to win with pitch decks, industry narratives, competitive battlecards, case studies and customer proof tailored to a complex, multi-stakeholder sale.
  • Voice of the Customer: Sit in on customer calls, run win/loss interviews, and feed structured insights back into product strategy and messaging — closing the loop between what enterprise buyers say and what we ship.
  • Product Partnership: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with product leadership and PMs as a true thought partner, pressure-testing features, prototyping messaging early, beta-testing new releases, and using your own POV to shape what gets built and how it shows up.
  • Competitive & Market Intelligence: Maintain a sharp, current view of the agentic AI and marketing technology landscape and turn it into actionable guidance for product, sales, and leadership.

What You'll Bring

  • 6+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong preference for direct experience supporting an enterprise sales motion.
  • Demonstrated experience launching agentic and/or generative AI products — you've shipped messaging and GTM for AI-native capabilities and can speak credibly about agents, models, and the realities of selling AI into the enterprise.
  • Start-up DNA: you've thrived in early-stage or fast-scaling environments, have a real can-do attitude, and genuinely enjoy building from scratch and operating in ambiguity.
  • Deep experience partnering with product leadership and PMs, paired with a genuine passion for testing and iterating on products and features. You're hands-on with the product, opinionated about it, and rigorous about validating what's working.
  • Excellent writer and storyteller: you're an expert at turning dense technical capability into a clean, compelling narrative.
  • Bias to action, high ownership, and a track record of running cross-functional launches.
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) the Palo Alto, CA or Bellevue, WA area, with the ability to work onsite from one of our offices.

Base Salary
The compensation range for this role is $140,000-$170,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation — including salary, equity, and 401(k)
  • Full medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family
  • HSA and FSA options to support your financial wellness
  • Flexible time off — including parental leave
  • Well-being programs — resources to support your mental and physical health
  • Daily lunch & snacks
  • Mentorship & impact — work closely with top AI leaders on products that ship

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
