Star Dental Partners (SDP) is a private equity backed Dental Support Organization (DSO) that acquires private practice dental office throughout the Southeastern United States and provides industry proven non-clinical support services to our dentist partners. Specifically, the SDP team assists dentists with payables and cash management, revenue cycle collections and payor relationships, inventory management, payroll administration, human resources, marketing, recruiting, and back-office management. We are seeking a Dental Practice Marketing Manager at SDP who will play a critical role in developing the growth of our patient base within each individual office. As part of a highly collaborative and motivated team, the dental practice marketing manager will be focused on achieving quantifiable results and driving organic growth thru both innovative and traditional marketing methods. Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills in addition to excellent written and oral communication.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies in support of growth at SDP individual partner practices.
- Create and implement strategy for B2C marketing campaigns and initiatives at 20-25 key practices.
- Drive new patient growth and patient retention across all locations.
- Analyze and interpret location-level performance reporting for all marketing activities.
- Analyze incoming leads to practices, identify barriers to conversion, and work to overcome obstacles.
- Strategize digital (SEM, SEO, social, email) and content creation as appropriate to support practice marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with digital marketing team to drive performance of campaigns, and clinical/operational teams to ensure measurable growth.
- Plan and manage social media platforms as needed for select practices.
- Assess and manage traditional marketing channels such as direct mail, signage, in-office collateral, etc.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to understand, evaluate and translate data and insights into actionable and innovative strategies to deliver on business goals.
- Minimum five (5) years of marketing experience required, preferably in retail, healthcare, or dental multi-site setting.
- Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in multi-site marketing, and meeting or exceeding business established KPIs.
- Experience managing SEM, SEO, email, and social marketing campaigns.
- Proven utilization of PPC, google ads & analytics, etc. with heavy emphasis on localized marketing tactics
