We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our high-growth, fast-paced home service support and partnership organization. This candidate will play a critical role in generating leads and building a pipeline of potential partnership opportunities for our growing portfolio company in Dallas, TX, Trusted Home Service Partners (THSP).
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold and warm calling efforts
- Build deep pipeline of future acquisition opportunities
- Outbound prospect qualification and company research
- Manage and maintain prospect database ensuring accuracy and integrity
- Work closely with business development team to progress leads through the deal cycle
- Assist in marketing campaigns
- Schedule travel and create trip plan for senior members of the BD team
- Assist in additional administrative tasks as needed
- Be a team player in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development roles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with business owners
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales productivity tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple prospects and tasks simultaneously
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about new industries, products, or services
- Knowledge of market research techniques and industry analysis is a plus
- Local to the Dallas, TX area/willing to relocate
- Ability to commute to the Dallas area 5 days /week
Compensation
- Base salary of $55,000 plus uncapped commission potential with OTE of around $75-85K
